Bought an Iridium Extreme 9575 Satellite Phone from these guys via their eBay store. Phone arrived in a non-functioning state due to a defective battery. They refunded the $200+ cost of the replacement battery. Phone worked fine after that. Returning this internationally would have been a nightmare, and we'd already purchased the battery to get it working, so it was a good resolution.

I bought a motherboard from them, and it had issues, but they replaced it immediately. The replacement failed unexpectedly weeks later and when I told them, they did all they could to make it right! They didn't have them anymore, but later they found one and contacted me to say if I still wanted to replace my out-of-warranty board, they would send it. -And they did!- These guys really do all they can to make things right - even when they don't have to!
