A really lovely, flat, paved trail through forest and wetlands. Parking was easy, we spent about an hour doing one loop and about half of the other.

This was overall a great hike. It was a nice nature break during our vacation. It had beautiful fall foliage and the paths were clearly marked. Lots of picture opportunities - in fact, I remember the city park's website promoting some photo contest for their trails. We only expected to be among the woods until we found the asphalt trail that borders a vast field. We took that path and took more pictures. We saw hawks circling the field but none took a land dive. I was happy to see it all and then return to the woods for more cold air. It was really enjoyable and I would recommend the trek. We were out there at least 2 hours. Restrooms were port-a-potties.

Did the 24-hour endurance run but only along a bit over 2 miles. VERY level path that is easy to walk. Plenty of bridges, but again, very level with ramps up/down for each. Beautiful area. Great bird watching. Owls were going off in the wee hours of the morning! Sorry, only photo of the trail was at night.

Beautiful little trail around a wetland area. Mostly gravel trails with some little bridges—flat. Saw a bunch of Great Egrets (video). I went for a run in the morning in the middle of July and the only downside were some insects.

It's a great trail. The parking lot is at the end of Eagle Way, just down from Jamestown HS. I am at the HS a lot and use the trail to get to the Capital Trail to ride while my kid's at practice.

I have been enjoying this trail for years. The environment seems to change and there is hardly a shortage of wildlife. There is a cool pedestrian bridge that overlooks the surrounding wetlands where you can bird watch or observe the turtles laze on the logs. A great place to run, walk, both, but please do not ride bikes. This trail is strictly for running and/or walking.

Great, easy trail. You can make it long or short. You can see God's beautiful creation on display everywhere you walk!

Top notch gym. The group of trainers they have are the best in the game. I HATE running but the trainers are so good at saying the right things at the right moments to get me through it. Front desk staff is awesome, especially Stephanie. The owners a
