We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding under one of the pavilions, and it was a beautiful, wooded location. We used the grill and made burgers and dogs, and then used it to roast marshmallows. If it wasn’t so hot outside, we would have used the fireplace. We used the Muckerman pavilion and it was beautiful large space for 40 people. There weren’t any bathrooms nearby, but there were porta potties. I did not use them, however, because I heard they were pretty gross. Other than that, there was plenty of parking and no other complaints!
Nice trails for mountain biking, hiking, or horseback riding. The area is beautiful. Eagle Valley Trail is fun and very doable.
Greensfelder is beautiful, so I hate making a semi bad review. BUT the trails are not marked correctly with how many miles it is and the markers for the trails are so confusing it is easy to get lost, which is not the worst of it. The Deer Run Trail is so confusing that my experienced hiking Dad got lost and went an extra 2 miles than the trail said, it got dark and it was to a point where it could have been scary. If elderly hikers wanted to do a short trail and end up getting lost or going an extra 2 miles that could be horrible for them. I think this park needs to rethink their trail markers and make them more clear, and also how many miles they say a trail is.
Bathrooms were clean. The views were stunning once we got to the overview. Getting to the overview was a challenge. Trails did not appear to be marked in a way that matched up with the map. Some of the trails had different names on the signs from what was posted on the map. This made trail navigation more difficult and made the hike take longer than anticipated.
Beautiful lush park. I felt like a velociraptor or T-Rex was going to pop out. Gorgeous tree cover, deep valleys, and primitive trails for hiking or running. Camping sites and equestrian stuff avail, too.
Greensfelder has steep elevations with a one way, drive thru, scenic loop to view the upland deciduous hardwood forest, glades, & a few creeks. There are a few shelter areas with fire pits, barbeque pits, & picnic areas. This park is best for advanced hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnics, & exploring nature.
My family did this on a gorgeous early fall day. We did the 2.5 mile long Deer Run Trail. Very rocky in some areas, rated difficult. We very much enjoyed it. We will be back to do the 3.6 mile long Eagle Valley Trail.
Had a great time at the park. We were there for several hours. A true gem of a park. Lots of people using the park on Sunday. Had fun watching the horses and mules that people had brought to ride. Trails are very nice.
A.D.A.M.S Garden is a beautiful, peaceful park dedicated to the memory of our deceased children. The annual ornament hanging and tree lighting ceremony was this afternoon. It's such a beautiful way to remember our children!
If youâre in the mood for sushi, this is the place! The sushi was delicious and fairly priced. I ordered some spicy Mayo on the side and it was great. Help out you local businesses and stop by!
Awesome place! Had my daughters 13th birthday here and it was perfect! Was not expecting all the amenities that were available with the nights stay! We stayed in the Star Wars pods and it was a hit! Will definitely be back to experience other rooms!
I visited here twice while in town with my mother who goes often. The food is delicious. I had a taco salad one visit and the carnitas bowl the second visit. My mom had chimichangas for a change from her normal taco salad. I liked having the queso on
We love this place!! One of our Christmas traditions is to come here every year and everyone picks out their own ornaments. They customize them for you before you leave. The lights are always fun and new stuff added every year.
