Positive: Nothing Negative: Nothing was clean had to exchange rooms twice. Burn holes in every blanket of every room we seen. Horrible smell. Holes in the ceiling water leaking everywhere flys everywhere. No ice or vending machines.
Service good. Non-smoking room still smelled strongly of smoke.. things we'll older and more worn in person than they look in person than on the website. The photo on the website looks like it was taken when the place first opened.
This place was literally in flames recently... But apparently not that recently because somebody asked crazy dude at the front counter how long ago was the fire? and he just shook his head. All of the smells (mostly bad) The ridiculous guy at the counter is TERRIBLE! LOL looked like he wanted to be anywhere else. He told me there were no rooms! I stared at him for a second then I told him there *are* rooms. Then he said let me check. 5-6 minutes of him looking at the computer.... he gives me a key card and I pay. I walked past a toilet and dodged the leaking ceilings in the hallway. Ignored all of the what looks like blood stains all over the place on the carpet. My room ALSO looks like the Mafia did crimes in here. More blood stain looking stuff on the carpet. Like... Spray... (Spurt?) I can say the air conditioning works. I'm afraid to touch anything in here. Vanity light is a no-go. The fan in the bathroom does not work. The bathtub is so nasty looking. Again afraid to touch anything in the bathroom. It's like you smell all of the worst smells from everywhere in here subtly. At least you can open the window. Thankfully I don't have one of the boarded up windows I think I saw five of those elsewhere on the building. Oh hey my ceiling is completely decaying. Cool. The beams are a nice wood. I can tell from where all the paint fell off of them. Don't forget to bring your hookah, bong, and your entire kitchen so you can make a fine meal from a foreign land right there in your room like everyone else. *Edit* AC running for an hour helped a lot with the smell. Or I'm getting used to it. I'm not sure this is even worth being a $50 room. I paid $169 for 2 nights 👌. Everywhere was booked on 8-2!!! Wish me luck.
Believe all the reviews you read here. When we arrived we noticed many of the windows were broken and boarded up. The inside smelled musty and it was even worse in the room. The carpet looked like it was never vacuumed, it was dusty and you could see stains everywhere! Toilet had stains and the sink had no cover which allowed a view of all the hairs stuck inside. I checked the bed and thankfully no bedbugs but my god were there a million stains under the sheets! Even the pillow was yellow! There are holes all over the walls and there is so much dust everywhere, I doubt they've ever cleaned this place. The refrigerator was dirty and the air conditioning unit did not work, it smelled bad and blew dust in when I tried to turn on the heat so I switched it off and we had to sleep in our coats to keep warm. Really wanted to leave but unfortunately every other place was fully booked due to the solar eclipse event. So we had a terrible night and left immediately early the next day. Never coming back here, so if you're reading this, save yourself the anxiety and do not stay here!
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! read ALL the reviews carefully and BELIEVE THEM!!! when walking into this horrid hotel, you are greeted with the most disgusting, rotten smell you can imagine. you will notice that the hotel looks NOTHING like the photos advertised online- and let’s admit, you are fine with the photos because it’s the cheapest hotel around. Once you check in, you’ll see a very small sign that states the pool, gym, and ALL amenities are shut down due to “covid” restrictions. I personally believe that the health department wouldn’t allow these to be used. The rooms are the worst part. Cigarette burned sheets, stained toilets, ants on the floor, nail polish stuck to the furniture and desk, pillow cases that are stained with blood, and everything else you can imagine. I have never been to a hotel where I have needed to leave. I asked for a room change to given them the benefit of the doubt, but after seeing the second room was no better, I asked for a refund. I had recorded the interaction because the front desk clerk was acting so bizarre. We did end up getting our refund after a couple of days. This was 1am in the morning after I had traveled all day and would do anything to sleep in a bed- anything except stay in that hotel. Please do not waste you’re money, or time. This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to. Spend the extra $20 a night and go somewhere else to not be scared for your life or potentially get a tetanus diagnosis.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Disgusting hallways, disgusting room. Moldy ceilings, ceiling panels missing/broken/sagging/ discolored . Room numbers hand written on the doors. Holes in room walls. There was a leak in the shower so water was all over the bathroom walls and floor. Microwave had burn stains on the glass, mini fridge had mold inside and a horrible smell. Staff was not friendly at check in and had to wait for over 10 minutes before he came out of the back room to check in the line of people waiting for him. Sign posted on the Covid plexiglass that Pool is closed, no food/ breakfast available, and no room cleaning/services “due to Covid”.
HORRIFYING DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOURSELF I have never been so disgusted in my life. there is no way that this place has passed any inspections and is legally able to allow humans to stay in this “establishment”. upon walking into the hotel we were welcomed to warped ceilings covered in black mold. as we entered our room i instantly noticed a hoop earring on the floor meaning the room was not properly cleaned. there was mold all over the bathtub and in the bathroom. a hole in the wall. the air conditioner looked like it came straight out of a horror movie. there was a questionable pink substance on the floor. the batteries were removed from r the smoke detectors. the headboard wasn’t even connected to the bed and the bible was missing out of all the dressers. i was scared for my life and could not stay at this hotel. horror movies have taken place in nicer hotels than this. there was a hallway that looked entirely abandoned. to top it all off the customer service was a joke. never have been treated so rude. we left about an hour ago and i am still shaking from how traumatizing this experience was.
Positive: "" Negative: Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Sheets and bedspread covered in holes from cigarette burns. Bugs. Unidentified slime and filth on the walls and floor. In need of major updates and WD-40 on all door hinges
