I’ve received Clincard about two weeks ago. I couldn’t use it yet, although it’s loaded with credit, for apparently no reason. The study monitor says to the hospital it should work. The website is not user friendly, I get logged out when I try to validate 3Ds Enrollment. The mobile app doesn’t even let me log in. I hope the user experience will improve.

Terrible, I activated my card and it worked fine, about 3 months later I saw a notification that they had taken some money from my total balance due to inactivity. I contacted them via email, told them to call them, called them but they couldn't help me. They told me to call a number they gave me, the funny thing is that number is the one I called in the first place. So no help at all. I tried to log in to their site, but I couldn't log in because it kept showing wrong information. Asked for my username, that was correct, reset my password, also correct. They don't help and just take your money. Just terrible!

Awful. Clincard skates by all the protections put in place on payroll debit cards a few years back. High fees, no easy way to transfer money without cashing it. You'll notice all the positive reviews are from people who administer the card, not the people who are forced to use the piece of junk.

I've had a great experience working with this company and using their services. Our clinic distributes stipends for research participants using their ClinCard program and we're quite happy with it. Whenever hiccups arise, I call my contact who is prompt in responding and works with us to resolve the problem. I certainly recommend them to other institutions with similar needs!
