Greenland Suites - Extended stay hotel in Orlando - 3330 W Colonial Dr, USA

The Owner is awesome. Property is getting better and better every day. They are trying to get a community where you feel safe and happy. I've been here for 10 yrs and have seen some of the worst managers. Mr. Jack you have made this place better. Thank you.

No stars. These people have no hospitality whatsoever. Unfortunately I now have to write this review due to multiple issues. To begin with I was told that the room was in good condition. Lie. There were multiple holes in the walls the knob for the tub was not even secured correctly to the valve stem. The furniture was in disrepair. I can keep going but suffice it to say the manager Lynn and Hotel owner Jack are lacking in the fundamentals of management to begin with. Also on the subject matter of Lynn the hotel manager she had the audacity to call my wife and not only raise her voice but also proceed to use profanity against my spouse. If you want to be treated less than human this is the place for you. Otherwise spend your money elsewhere. 2nd worst experience since moving back to Orlando.

BED BUG INFESTED!!!!!! Do not stay here. I've tried everything to get rid of these basterds and nothing works. Owner imported things from China and bed bugs came with it. I'm at my doctors to get medicine due to me having a skin irritation due to the bed bug bites. Owner tells you you brought them with you and tells you you gotta pay for a new mattress and box spring. Ridiculous!!!! I wouldn't let my worst enemy stayhere. I'm only staying her due to not having enough money to pay for an apartment.

Just called for a room and she had one till I mentioned I had 2 children then she rejected me and said oh sorry I have no rooms I forgot lmaooo she and the other guy runs that business so damn wrong SMH don't say yes and then no because I have kids SMH the place is run down and disgusting it's only temporary cause my house got a gas leak and we gotta be out the home till it's fix SMH

Very unimpressed... Signs for pool usage says tenants and guest, yet was kicked out by grounds keeper. Woman grounds keeper is very rude and the company for most of the grounds are very questionable.... The Security on grounds just sit and do nothing... If I could give no stars I would.

I enjoyed the time there. Much less expensive than where I am now. I enjoyed the occasional drama and the neighbors. It was like a little commune. Miss everyone.

It's a very good hotel to bring your family especially when on vacation in in Florida try it enjoyed atmosphere and God bless!

It's Really good and the people are very friendly and welcoming has its little problems but overall it's a wonderful place to stay or live
