Do not ever think that this is a five-star resort, but if you're looking for a reasonably priced clean room this is definitely the place for you, they are undergoing renovations and making improvements so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt I really have nothing bad to say, the staff was absolutely wonderful and as accommodating as they could be

We were there for the eclipse and the owner went way out of his way to give us a good spot for viewing. Rooms were clean and the mattress comfortable. Price outstanding. They are remodeling. If I am in the area again this is my place while traveling

It's the worst. We complained about bed bugs as we woke up with bites all over our legs and arms. We told the front desk, and they disregarded us. Didn't even bother to offer a partial refund. Even though we asked them to check themselves and asked for a refund. They didn't care. Straight up told us, "There will be no refund," and they weren't going to check. Beds are as hard as a rock. Mini fridge doesn't get cold, and tv didn't even work. We are consistent cross country travelers they just lost 7 customers. Never will we stay again. It's not worth staying at! Stay at the quality inn next door. Feels safer, cleaner, and quieter.

I accidentally left 3 1/2 cartons of cigarettes in my room and these people claimed they threw them away. This is an obvious lie. Nobody throws away $150 worth of cigarettes.

We travel cross country once or twice a year and have been using the greenfield inn for the past two years. Was last there about a month ago and was surprised to find that our room was infested with bedbugs. We reported this to the owners and received no satisfaction from them, not even an apology. I was covered in insect bites for almost a week after our stay there.There were also a bunch of guests barbecuing out of the back of a pickup truck. Plenty of drinking and loud talking well into the night. I guess the piece and quiet of the rest of the guests didn’t matter. I will never use this motel again.

If I'm gonna be honest I'm gonna be a little rude. Management is lazy and doesn't know how to call back. The guy working front desk was racist to my father. Because we had a service dog. The front desk guy was argumentive towards my father after he reported there was a guy with a gun next door and the man was scratching my dad's car. We got woke up every night we stay there because of some guy in a green and yellow tractor looking truck. I have more I'm just stating the truth about my experience there. I've known about the motel since it was the dollar inn.

I gave Greenfield Inn another try and they really have done a great job remodeling rooms- they are very clean and smell amazing now.doesnt smell like stale cigarettes anymore- Good Job

Positive: So close to where we were spending Christmas. Negative: I liked that I could bring my pet. I did not like the 60.00 fee . He did not cause any more work. Negative: ""
