8 THOUSAND dollar water softener…. I was totally scammed. First of all they came in like the day after I bought my house which is ironic. I live in a gated community that has signs of no soliciting. That’s didn’t stop greener. Normal resin tank with giant plastic cover for looks. Normal reverse osmosis under the sink and that’s it… 8k. There’s no service included nor replacements of salt or filters. 8K! I was not in the market for a water softener so I was uneducated at the time. You can buy both of these items at Home Depot for $600 total. Install is so easy if you’ve done any plumbing.

I had to update my review, previously there were some issues with customer service. Totally have step up their game, just had a rough patch I guess. My system is working great, as it should. Happy customer.

Horrible customer service… Unable to keep appointments… And you’re stuck with them as nobody else sells the product… Two years in a row they have missed the service appointment… no phone calls, no notification… An email less than 25 minutes before appointment time is the only notification I received of the cancellation… But if as a customer you cancel less than 2-hrs before the appointment you get charged… Disrespectful…

The original sales and install less than 4 months ago was a breeze. I unfortunately have been unable to get any email (other than auto reply) or phone contact (not in service) since from my salesman or Greener Technologies. My unit has an error message (Err6) and have noone else seems to want to service a unit they did not install. Very dissapointed consumer!

Our GE Pro Elite water filtration system has been a phenomenal treatment to our home requirements. It saved us from the extra expense of bottled water plus the water throughout the house provides remarkably clean taste. We had it for more than a decade now. But what is truly noteworthy about the system is their ultra special customer service and rep, Andrew. He is very professional, well-informed, and friendly. For that alone we proudly recommend this water treatment to anyone. Andrew's people-friendly service scores 10 stars in our book. He is a great asset to the company.

I highly recommend Greener Technologies and the Pro Elite system. The representative was incredibly informative and professional. The rep has kept their word every step of the way and even came back to retest our water. The coffee is amazing, showers exactly as promised. No hard water build up. We now have better than bottled quality water running through our home. We did our homework and this was the best system out there.

I have my GE Pro Elite for the past 3+ years and I never had a problem! It is not only a great system but it remains great because Greener Technologies has taken care of it since the beginning! The technicians are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. When calling the company and talking to Rance, the Service Manager, I can see why that is. The GE Pro Elite is the water softener system that I installed in January 2021. I am very pleased with this product. The water quality is is gently soft and tastes amazing. Greener Technologies provided installation and equipment services as a package. They have provided diligent professional services and has met every scheduled deadline. My contact was the Manager in the Winter Springs Office. He has been the master quarterback in this whole operation. My system is still relatively new and only time will prove it’s endurance. However, with that said, I richly recommend this team. Thanks and congrats.
