Green Tree Mall - Shopping mall in Clarksville - 757 E Lewis and Clark Pkwy, USA

This mall is hanging on for now. There is still quite a few decent stores left inside and a lot of cool ones.

I hadn't been here in a few years and was saddened to see so many empty spaces. On the plus side, I was happy with the remodel of Bath and Body Works/White Barn Candle and Victoria's Secret/Pink as all four of these companies are owned by The Limited Corporation. I can say the Mall is still very clean and well maintained, no issue with anyone being rowdy and parking is never a problem. There have been many new companies that have moved into the area surrounding the Mall and I think that's the main reason why the spaces at the Mall have remained empty. I hope with some new initiatives more businesses will return to the Mall itself.

Has a nice selection of stores. Most malls are empty anymore. But this one looks like they have renovated it quite a bit. It's clean and nice. Looks well Kept. The only knock I would give it is there's not a whole lot of food selection. Will definitely be returning.

this mall is still open after all these years. Dillards, JC Penney, Hot Topic, Buckle, Lids, Texas Roadhouse, Bath & Body Works, are some of the top stores inside this mall. only a few places to eat in this mall. a good place to walk, which is inside a climate controlled building. renovation needed inside as well as the parking lot.

This mall has a lot of stores to check out. When malls seem to almost be a thing of the past. It was very clean and well taken care of. Easy to shop with no issues. And if you can't find what you're looking for and here, there are plenty of other stores right around it.

Shops have gotten very scarce. It's still cool to take your kids to let them play. But otherwise.. Nah, order online.... The river falls mall was wayyyy better before the stupid bass pro shop 🏪

I enjoyed visiting the very shops, I also enjoyed talking to the ladies that have the lotions and skin care products. I purchased a couple of gifts the last couple times I was there from these ladies. Ruthie is a sweetheart!

Seems like an okay mall with shops to make most anybody find something they're into. There was a somewhat pushy booth vendor, but it was a funny enough interaction to not be too annoying. There were a number of shops that were closed.
