Green Street Grille - American restaurant in Morganton - 601 S Green St, USA

Morganton, you have one of the best burgers I've ever had, I got the carolina classic burger, and it was divine. The chili and Cole slaw was 🔥 I will be coming here again. Thank you guys, for the awesome experience.

I took my wife here for our evening meal. The servers were friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the philly, it was delicious. Was definitely the best in Burke county. I got the sweet potato fries as a side, they are served with a cinnamon butter. Fantastic experience all around. I highly recommend.

I had the bourbon burger and my wife had the south west chicken club. Both the sandwiches we phenomenal! The onion rings were amazing as well (fantastic ranch)! I gave them 4 stars tho because you can't serve me one of the best burgers I've ever had in Burke county and then give me a side of basic Bob Evans type Mac and cheese. Despite the Mac and cheese....the wife and i will be back to try everything else because our sandwiches were SO GOOD.

The service was exceedingly slow, there was a hair in my Cranberry Turkey Melt, and then they wanted to charge me for it. My husband’s BLT was a sorry little slice of bacon and wilted lettuce. Will NOT return. Update: The management did reach out to me with to this review. They invited us to return and enjoy a meal on them. We have not had an option take them up on their offer.

Perhaps they were understaffed in the kitchen...but really weren't all that busy in the dining room. Food took a very long time to get to the table. The food wasn't exactly as we ordered it, however a discount was offered. Food came before napkins and silverware. Had to ask for it. Hu Taste of food, other than onion rings, was acceptable with one of the meals and horrible with the other. Nothing to really write home about. And probably won't return unless their menu changes. Felt like "bar food". Did not eat the salad bar. But, if I'm going to have a salad and spend $12 for it I'll probably get it (as a local option) from Panera. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Very sorry to leave this review... but since "you" asked.

The good was great! I loved the fries, chicken pot pie, and the hot dogs! The staff was kind and attentive.

The staff here is SO nice and considerate!! I had a pickup order, and I had my 2 year old with me and had my hands full, they brought my order to my car for me!! I was/am so grateful for them!! And the food was amazing and low prices for the amount you get, you will absolutely have left overs.

Good food. Had the Reuben and Philly steak sandwiches, it was real meat, not thin deli meat. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely go back.
