Green Seas Motel - Motel in Hollywood - 1419 S Federal Hwy, USA

•••NO ICE MACHINE ••• Great rooms horrible check-in and after hours check-in is at the hotel next to it hot water sucks The size of the room, the softness of the bed,clean linens most importantly a clean bathroom. There's no lobby after hours, there was a line for check-in which I stood in for 30min just for the clerk to tell me it's a $50 deposit and the ATM doesn't work, you'll have to go use a ATM somewhere else, which I did but when I came back I had to wait in line ALL over again if the young sister didn't come and help him I would still be waiting. Oh and the hot water sucks as in 5min the hot water goes out P s some rooms have REALLY SMALL BEDS AND TOILETS RIGHT NEXT TO THE BED!! PICTURE FOR REFERENCE!!! Seems like a lot of "extended stay" type/homeless people who have a lot of strange activity in and out of the rooms... Idk. I didn't get the room we were told we were getting and after seeing the small one I demanded something bigger!! Good luck!!

Well... I've stayed there before and that's why I went back, i was a good place. I arrived there at 9: 30 pm and was told the same was 150 dollars a night, and the credit card was charged 224 dollars? I called the phone number for Richard's motel and a guy answered a mumbling and hung up! Now.... I went to the front desk, and asked why and was told she didn't check me in. What was the extra 75 dollars for? Can I get a answer?

Have stayed here multiple times beds need to be replaced it feels like they buy used ones. Property is kept clean and kept very nice. Towels are like sand paper and they have no ice machine. The reason I give them one star is when you go somewhere more than ten times and they still ask you for a deposit it is insulting. When someone knows you by name but they still require u to put a deposit down and yet they never go check the room because they know you have not destroyed the room it is very insulting!

The room was very clean. The A/C was super cold and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with an ice pack and extra pillows. The outside is adorable, the time are a bit dated but don't skip this one over. It was a great stay for us.

The reason why I gave it a 1 cause 0 wasn't available. Where do I start? An intoxicated guest decided to jump in the pool with his clothes and shoes on decided to do laundry. He figured chlorine would clean his clothes and specially his shoes. While sitting outside, strangers will ask you for cigarettes constantly. Our room was facing directly to the main road. Late one night, an individual was trying to get in our window while we were sleeping. I woke up and confronted the individual but he ran off. He ripped the screen and left fingerprints on the glass window. I reported it to management. Management decided to just replace the window screen. No police involvement. I thought the # 1 priority in the hotel business is safety for their guest. I asked if they have security. Employees just chuckled and brushed it off. We will never stay here again. People, watch your surroundings there. I hope they hire qualified security to patrol the area constantly. Be safe....

In terms of the Green Seas Motel, you do not get what you pay for. You would think with their high rates there would be some renovations, but instead you get a comforter with cigarette holes burned in it, bugs running all around the room, one towel, and one roll of toilet paper. My experience was nothing less than something out of the twilight zone, a drunk guest was banging on our door and trying to break into the room and when we called the front desk to help the situation, they had told us that it was our responsibility to call the law. I had addressed my concern to the front desk and made it clear that I did not feel safe so they offered me a room on the “nice side.” Still bugs.. still dirty… and our AC unit had fallen off the wall exposing the years of built of grime inside. I had finally gotten my refund at 3 in the morning, 7 hours after checking in when a guest was choking and what appeared to be overdosing in the car next to my parking space. I am not upset that management made me leave right then and there for my refund- I would have much rather slept in my car. Save your money and don’t give your money to a facility that can’t bother to do simple upgrades or even provide the basic necessities…

I was told that the hotel is unable to accommodate me as I was not able to show prof of US ID... I'm from a different country and this was explained to the agent... He then started to get aggressive. I have full footage of the entire conversation when the agent started to yell at me, I'm currently going through trauma from the entire conversation and worst I'm pregnant... I was promised a refund and then was told I will not be receiving it... I will be pressing charges as I have full video coverage of where your agent was promising me to give me my full refund and how to go about it etc... I can be cotacted at 7813011267
