I have owned my Hyla system since 2014 and it is now 2021 and have determined that this system is the best on the market. Since becoming an owner I have not had any problems with the unit. As a matter of fact, to show how much I value it, preparing to relocate to the west coast for 10 months it was imperative that my system was packed along with my other belongings. Once returning from the west coast, I felt there was a problem. I called my local dealer in Elyria Ohio to trouble shoot the problem. Well I cannot express enough the excellent customer service Don Wilson of Greater Regional Technology & Assoc LLC provided. There is no other company that I have dealt with over 20+ years that have produced such a superior product as well as providing excellent customer service. I have always shared with others if they are looking for a system, buy the Hyla they would not be disappointed. After my experience in being an owner, I am firmly convinced it was the best purchased I have ever made.

I just purchased my second Hyla air purification system from Don Paul Wilson, the owner of Greater Regional Technology. He is one of the nicest, must trustworthy people I have encountered in all of my transactions with small businesses. If you are not familiar with a Hyla, you should be - it cleans and disinfects and deodorizes the air in your home. This is especially important with COVID-19. It has a vacuum attachment as well, and kicks the performance of both my Dyson and my Kirby. Most importantly though, you will be dealing with a truly good person who wants to make his customers happy. All correspondence, in person transactions, and followup were perfect. Very happy customer !!

We bought our Hyla air purification system 6 years ago and I LOVE IT. My house always smells so fresh after I ran it through its cycle. I was quite disappointed when it stopped working and my husband contacted Don Wilson at Greater Regional Technology to see what could be done. Don gave a couple suggestions to my husband over the phone to try to reset it, but that didn't help. So, we drove out to meet with him and he again went out of his way to help, checking a couple other things there. Unfortunately, he couldn't determine the problem so agreed to ship it back to the main office, have them repair it and return it directly to us. Don and Regional Technology definitely show customer service at its best!

They are reliable and trustworthy and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They truly stand behind their work. The staff are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of their customers. Nothing but pleasant experiences. The Hyla has helped my family in many ways and would reccomend everyone get a Hyla.

I have purchased a couple products from this company in the last couple of years. I have been nothing but pleased. The people I've spoke to were super nice and were willing to go above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of what they sell. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for products that actually do what they say they do and my home is cleaner because of it.
