They are very helpful and are great at communication. I had not so good experience at PC world which led me to them. I had exhausted google, my techy friends, and reddit to the point I tried all the normal fixes. I had a severely corrupted version of windows which they were able to fix quickly. As well as provide ways to prevent the issue in the future. I appreciated the speedy work and communication through the whole process.

What an outstanding service. I have used the two internet providers that have service in my area and had spotty coverage no matter what the internet providers did to resolve the problem. Recently I met the owner of Great Choice Computer Services. He described their services and I had someone come out to see if they could help us. After asking what we wanted to accomplish and looking over our wiring, taking some readings and viewing our current equipment he presented a solution for us. He gave me several options and gave a price for the service. When it came time for installation several people came to do the install. Although it took longer than he expected and that they had to put in wiring that he did not think they would need, the final price came out to be less than the original quote. I now have a much stronger and more reliable signal in my house. I still have the same internet provider, but I have the piece of equipment that Great Choice provided that addresses my problems. I had previously tried internet extenders and other suggested equipment that you can buy on line or in stores but it never made a difference. The Great Choice solution is the first solution that has worked. Not only does it work but the company has great customer service and the cost is very reasonable. With a fixed income I was still able to afford it. Thank you Great Choice for giving me a service that addresses both television and computer issues. I would highly recommend them. Evan and Charlie, thank you for all you have done to resolve an ongoing problem.

Recently bought a pc from them. I dropped my hard drive and it booted up with zero issues. Definitely will buy from them again in the future if the need arises. Very understanding and reasonably to my needs and wants. Easy 5 out of 5 star service!

Met with a Nice Representative at the home show. Scheduled an appointment for on-onsite evaluation for internet. Waited all day, on the appointed day, no one showed up and no calls. A couple weeks later I received a call from the Rep asking if I was interested in purchasing the service. I sayed I did not know, no one ever showed up. The Rep apologized and rescheduled. I received two voicemails and a text confirming the time and date of the second appointment. Again no one showed up. Called and asked to talk to someone in management. No return call. I cannot recommend this companies service or reliability.
