I haven't stayed here but I visited the property and it is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious, and the attractions within are fun filled for all ages. The waterpark looks like a lot of fun with plenty of things to do from toddlers to grown-ups. Very fun!

We had the best time staying the night for the soft opening this weekend! This location has plenty to offer and our entire family had a blast! Dinner at Fireside was excellent and make sure to catch the bedtime story in the lobby at 8:00. It is a can’t miss! We have already booked our next stay!

This was the first time we had gone to great Wolf. This place is literally a kids casino. We had a great time! This place is so new I don't even think our room had been stayed in before. There's alot the staff needs to learn logistically that will come with time, it is still very new. Also missing alot of items that would also improve guest experience that could be simply not installed yet. We will be back in the future

We stayed 2 nights, 5 people, 1 room. |(Two children 1 disabled 83 years old and two adults) our total cost $1630|The food was truly the worst we ever had. I walked away with irritated eyes from the pool . The handicapped room had just bars on walls but regular bathtub, I had to lift my handicapped mom to take a shower, extremely dangerous. The price was changed at the checkout. Pool towel person wouldn't allow for my handicapped mom to keep the towel on the way to the room from the pool to keep warm from the air conditionering lobby. Horrible service especially at the donuts place. So much more to mention, simply a Nightmare stay. Never again. NEVER!

We are blessed to have the chance to try the brand new water park and room with our 6 children. I have read some reviews from other people, not sure what chemical or stuff they are talking about. I have not experienced anything negative. We live in Houston but we don’t mind stay at the lodge here, it is a total change of scenery like a mini vacation for the family. It feels more relaxed than go to a water park during the day and come back home the same day. I like the lodge design and suites. The grand hall is really nice and well designed to have magical movie show, and the kids had a blast. For the people complaining about not having day pass, I understand that too. But grouping water park and lodging is a business model, it is different from typhoon Texas and I prefer this over typhoon Texas. Personal choice. Another feature I love about it over all other outdoor water parks is that it is an indoor water park with constant temperature of 82-84. It matches what I need 100%. No Sun burn, no high temperature, no chasing kids to reapply sunscreen, no unpredictable winds so I have chills from time to time. It is just comfortable, feels good and hassle free. Of course if you want to get some sun there is an outdoor areas as well. Staff team are so nice. It is soft opening and there will be growing pain and learning here and there, but the staff are so friendly and positive, big thumbs up for them. Concierge can be reached via text, this is a big plus. We needed a pack and play for the baby and all I needed to do is texting the concierge on the way and text again when we got to our room. I want to thank great wolf group for making this decision to invest a water park lodging here at greater Houston area. We will definitely visit again soon!

How are people reviewing when it hasn't even opened, yet?... This location cannot be compared to the Grapevine, TX location. Wait till it opens then leave an HONEST review!!!! One person said $1,000 a night - lies. I've been to 2 different Great Wolf Lodge locations even got the camp wolf room with video game and bunk beds - $400 at most. GIVE THE PLACE A CHANCE PEOPLE!... We need more entertainment for our kids. Hopefully, an amusement park comes next. 🤞

Be prepared for disappointment. The room descriptions are not accurate. When asked about the hotel said they knew the room features listed were not accurate (corporate responsible) and they needed to update their website! It’s a brand new hotel. Huh?||Property looks like they rushed to open - especially rooms and restaurant service.| |Had to switch rooms due to water leak under floor. You think housekeeping would have reported it and grabbed their cleaning items they left in the room. Instead we were left to deal with. Maintenance workers apologized (not their fault) and mentioned many ongoing issues with the rooms and support staff.||Room keys did not work multiple times -|Room smelled like fresh paint and a work in progress - very sterile and not comfortable. ||Couch was very uncomfortable - even the kids complained.||Service issues at restaurants. Just too many issues and will not be back.||Pool staff and front desk were the only areas that had their act together.

A little confusing to get to at the moment (construction and maps haven't updated yet). Hotel was great, clean and well stocked. Water park was nice. Couple of issues with rides and attractions which is odd for such a new park, but it didn't stop us from enjoying it.
