Had a great time. It's a wonderful family atmosphere. Everything costs money though they charge you to park your car there even though you're staying the night in the hotel. Breakfast was great. The bar and grill had ok food. The water park is great. My toddler had an amazing time. Lots of stuff to do. Would recommend bringing your extra credit card 😆

We had a great experience here. All the staff is super kind and nice, the arcade supervisor, Nate, helped us out so much in the arcade. The rooms are very clean and super comfortable l. Everything inside is so fun and they have kid activities going on all day and even had a fun dance party at the end of the day. The water park kept the kids entertained for hours and nothing is broken down and the pool areas are all very clean. The life guards are on top of it, these people are laser focused and are looking at each and every corner and pool area to make sure every child is safe. I even lost my necklace in the lazy river and they helped me get goggles and find it. I will definitely be coming back. Everything is so convenient and kid friendly making our stay so much fun.

Exceptional experience! Great Wolf Lodge has higher standard of service then most businesses! They understand what excellent customer service is and executes it throughout their establishment. Every single person we encountered on our stay was professional, pleasant and personable. The grounds, hotel, water park, and room were very clean. There were no foul odors anywhere we visited. You can tell the staff cares about their job and the guests. The morning we were leaving we grabbed a coffee, and while waiting, we were watching the staff clean the water park. All the chairs were put in the center of the water park while they cleaned the park down with a pressure washer. The only suggestion I have is to clean the women's water park bathroom more frequently. It wasn't bad but it could have been just a bit cleaner! Over-all our family will be back, and we will share our experience with our family and friends!

We were beyond impressed with the staff here! From the super attentive lifeguards, lovely restaurant staff, front desk, custodial, you name it — every single employee has been SO kind and helpful. The lifeguards take their jobs extremely seriously and I know my family has been very safe while in the water park and pools. I would absolutely recommend this resort to friends and family, we’ve really enjoyed our weekend vacation! I’m not usually into themed-type venues but we’ve totally embraced the great wolf lodge and so have our kids! 🐺

Everyone is whining about the $15/night parking fee. If you ask why, the front desk explains everything so well. I don’t mind a $15/night parking fee. It actually has to do with upgraded security and allows the system to trigger a plate that is involved in an Amber Alert, and the police are dispatched immediately. This was our second year staying here and we always enjoy it. The food is okay, but it’s nice not having to leave if you don’t feel like it. The rooms are clean, all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. I love that it’s also a cash less resort, and your bracelet does everything for you. If your room key bracelet stops working, the front desk will give you a typical card key for room entry. We had no problems with our bracelets this year, but last year we did, and it was fixed immediately. I think people just want to whine and complain these days. I also like kiosk ordering, I have never had an issue. I don’t like dealing with people most of the time.

The rooms were fairly clean, could use a little updating especially for the price, the service at check in as well as check out were not great, both Mariah and Amy could certainly use a little more training on dealing with customers and learning that friendliness and kindness goes a long way. The location was great and aside from the a few nasty attitudes my son had a great time celebrating his birthday.

Went for a quick trip before our children went back to school. Had one hiccup, but the staff hopped right on it and accommodated us. Wish I got the lady name inside of Build a Bear. She was very nice and knew how to engage with the children. She even got my 18 year old son to laugh a few times. Wish we could have stayed another night, but we will be back.

Let’s just start with our check in took us over 1 hour no joke. They brought us, donuts, cookies, bracelets, wine, pop, everything to keep us happy to excuse the excessive wait. There was 8 staff behind the desk and it was still that slow. Then they forgot our breakfast coupons so we had to return for those. Also no where that I saw said there’s $15 a day parking so extra fees you don’t know about. The water park is nice no complaints. For dinner I wanted the farmhouse pizza which has pesto. The guide Willow they said you can text said no avocado in the pesto and two or the workers had a differing opinions but it’s not worth my life to try it. They forgot and our 2 liter of pop and no sauce was included. Food was fine nothing to write home about. Water park is closed by 8 which is way too soon considering all the other water parks I have been to. Since the water park closed at 8 we went to go bowling since that closes at 10:00 we went to get tokens for bowling at 9:16 30 seconds past 9:15 and they refused to give us tokens until I got a manager to come down and be reasonable. The arcade games are very expensive to play but the ticket turnout is better than other places. I was very disappointed with the breakfast as I have been to this located 2 years prior and it was the best experience and reason I planned a second trip here. The size of the buffet has been cut in half as well as the quality. They used to have lox bagels and other high end homemade goods. Now they have chicken nuggets and mac and cheese… for breakfast buffet. We will be refunding the second days breakfast as it’s not worth it for us to eat salty non breakfast foods. Luckily the beds are comfortable and our rooms were mostly clean besides tiny flies. Unfortunately this may be our last stay at Great Wolf Lodge with too many other options available.
