Buyer beware - my horrible booking experience with Great Wolf Lodge Naples caused me to decide to cancel my reservation as the hotel isn’t even open yet and they’re providing such horrible customer service. Placed on hold, given incorrect information, and disconnected numerous times. I’m taking the time to write this to ensure other guests don’t go through the same. I feel deceived and cheated by Great Wolf Lodge Naples. It was so disappointing that I’ll never stay in any of their hotels. We wanted to celebrate a birthday in Oct and had seen the hotel advertised. It’s frustrating to have to deal with an inefficient company that provides such poor customer service and lack of accountability or anything that focuses on the customer. Perhaps they’re experiencing system issues, but they should make an effort to focus on the customer! Disputing any charges that appear on my cc and never speaking with this company again.

This review is about my horrible booking experience with Great Wolf Lodge Naples. I’m taking the time to write this to ensure other guests don’t go through the same. I feel deceived and impotent. It was so disappointing that I’ll never stay in any of their hotels. My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday in September and had seen the hotel advertised. I did the booking in June and went online early July to add some packages to my reservation. Everything seemed fine as I even received an email confirmation with my ad-on. A week later I get an email stating that my reservation had been cancelled and I immediately called to find out more. After being on the line with a rep for an hour and then speaking with a Manager because the rep couldn’t explain the reason for the cancellation I was told that my card hadn’t gone through and they cancelled it. The surprising thing is that it had been cancelled a month before I went online to make the updates and I never received an email or even a call from anyone to fix it. Which by the way my card was never attempted to be charged. Coincidentally now the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t accommodate it or even offered any compensation. Now my daughter wont be able to celebrate her birthday and the family and friends that were attending had to cancel their reservations. It is so frustrating to have to deal with companies so inefficient, with poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I stopped by to inquire about their opening. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. The hotel looks gorgeous with plenty of parking. I can’t wait to see the finished product in a few weeks!

I'm not sure why GWL unexpectedly bumped up their opening date, but at least customer service was helpful in moving my dates. We're very excited to see Wiley and the crew on the 18th which is also our daughter's birthday!!!

I made the mistake of trying to book great wolf lodge again as my kids begged me to after a terrible experience with their website and customer service, only to be disappointed again. Looked up rooms over weekend but needed to confirm dates were ok with school and went to finally book and they deleted my points from a past visit 4 days ago and would not honor the points. They give their customer service absolutely no skills or options to help clients. This is a terrible way to run a hotel business as I’ve stayed at many high end resorts and they lack heavily on customer retention. They’ve absolutely lost a customer for many years to come over $162. Bad business don’t waste your time calling for any issues as they can’t resolve anything.

I had high expectations for my stay at Great Wolf Lodge Resort, but unfortunately, I found the prices to be unreasonably high for what was offered. I would recommend exploring other resorts in the area that offer a better balance between quality and affordability. Price seems to raise everyday

If I could do zero stars I would. A $50 cancellation fee as we had to have a change of plans more then 90 days out from our stay. Seems short sighted.

Wondering why there are many bad reviews when they are not even opened yet. I went to the one in the Poconos and my kids had so much fun. I can’t wait til this location opens here in Florida
