My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids aged 2, 5, 9), had a really great time at this resort. We went for one night, and got two full days. The water park is perfect for kids ages 2 - 12. We didn't do any of the additional activities, just the water park, which was definitely enough entertainment for the length of time we went. If we had gone for longer, we likely would have wanted to purchase more activities. The water park was crowded, but still loads of fun. It was clean and well staffed. Seemed like a good deal for the price!

This was a family trip with nine of us, we stayed three days and two nights and had an absolutely amazing time!! This was our first time, and we were very impressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We found the entire facility to be very clean with the exception of maybe keeping up with the tables in the food court. There are lifeguards posted at every attraction inside the water park and they are very attentive. They have literally thought of everything here to make your stay enjoyable and convenient. Once you are there you never have to leave for anything! We had a great time and will be returning in November!

The staff members were phenomenal! This location is big and the lifeguards do a great job at maintaining structure in the water park. The wave pool was amazing! The rope course was not operational during our stay; however our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the rock wall and subbed another go at it for her wolf pass! The room was clean and comfy and did not get too hot during our stay. The food service(all areas) was prompt and delicious. We are already scheming on when we can go back again!

Just read all the reviews it tells you everything you need to know. Our room was okay nothing special. The waterpark is honestly meant for little kids. There are only 4 slides for big kids. The food they offer is crap and it didn’t taste good either. The breakfast buffet was small and gross for the price we paid. My biggest complaint is they held 800$ for a hold even after I paid for the room and all upgrades upfront. They did not tell me ever that there would be a huge hold. I was told about the 300$ for the room incidentals . our stay was for 3 nights we left after 2 and lost money for the third night as it got boring. When I asked them about the holds they said I would get it right back after check out. I checked out 2 days ago and still have the holds on my account and have not received my money back either. Don’t use your debit card we traveled outta state so to have 800$ on hold while trying to travel back made things difficult. There was absolutely no reason for the hold and they couldn’t even explain why they added an additional 500$ hold to my account other then we could charge our room for things but we didn’t. Honestly I would recommend the lodge in California it’s much better I didn’t have these issues there.

For the quality, everything is very overpriced, especially food. Also, having to pay daily to park our car in the parking lot, on top of the nightly rate + daily resort fee, is a slap in the face. Why charge a daily resort fee if guests at the resort have to wait in line to get into the water park with people that paid for a day pass? It's so overcrowded in the water park that it's not enjoyable and it's impossible to find a seat. Why isn't there, at minimum, hours for the outdoor pool and water park that are exclusively for those staying at the resort? The mini golf is tiny, made for toddlers, and $7 per person to play. The bowling is fun, but you only get 5 frames to play (10 throws per person), and then you have to pay to play again. We paid $30 to play one round of bowling. The food at BarnWood is so low quality for the high prices. We were charged $85 for 2 adults and 2 children to eat breakfast at Campfire Kitchen. There was a fire alarm on the last day of our stay, and when we received a text message to re-enter the building a staff member told us it was inaccurate. We waited until we got the go ahead from the staff member to re-enter the building, and as we were headed to our room we saw that the fire department was still going room to room checking things out. This did not make us feel very confident in the hotel's ability to keep its guests safe. The cons outweighed the pros, and we don't plan on coming back.

*BUYER BEWARE* We have waited YEARS to make the time for a staycation and This is as DISAPPOINTING as it gets. EVERYTHING is an unfortunate GIANT cash grab, filled with add ons and add ons and more add ons. Just when you think you have a handle on one thing, there is a cost for another thing. If you pay or something that is out of service, there is no refund, just a credit to do something again. There is no customer service, just a hand out asking you for more money, everywhere you look.|You have to pay for EVERYTHING, from parking (even if you don't have a car and take an uber). Their mobile order wasn't working, and you can't call guest services to order food, so after trying to order food on the app for an hour, and calling down to guest services, we had to walk all the way back to their food court to order crap expensive pizza and wait another thirty minutes. This is NOT the best way to ensure a kid friendly experience. We were sold the WOLF PASS. It's $70 and was supposed to include pretty much everything with no additional charges. What they don't tell you is half the attractions are either down, or time sensitive. We bought it mainly for the Magiquest and Rope course. The rope course was closed and no refunds were offered or allowed, and the person who they had to explain Magiques was brand new and had no idea how to explain how anything worked, all he knew was that it was an ADDITIONAL $25 to start it, AND ANOTHER $20 for a good wand, not the crap wooden wand. We saw physical fights in the lines for the water slides, and the most frustrating part was their customer service robot "Willow" reached out a dozen times and I explained our disappointment time and time again, and no resolution was ever offered. The simply don't care, they just want you money. Had I known this ahead of time, it might have been a more enjoyable experience, but we will never go back. We'll spend our hard earned money at the local waterparks that care about their neighbors and customers.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dylan and Jessie for ensuring that our experience at Great Wolf Lodge was truly exceptional. From start to finish, we found ourselves continually discussing their remarkable kindness and professionalism. The level of service they provided left us almost in tears, as it was simply extraordinary. It is important for the company to recognize these outstanding employees, as they certainly deserve a raise. May they be blessed abundantly. Thank you endlessly, Dylan and Jessie.

It's great but the magic quest needs more instructions for smaller kids. The pool needs better ventilation and the people that work in the shops are not nice to the kids. Especially the mining store. Need to update your mattress for the pull out couch. Felt every spring. Food was great! The front desk employees were very helpful. Overall it was good. Have stayed in other Great Wolf locations and you can tell the difference.
