Great Wall Express - Chinese restaurant in Pocatello - 235 W Quinn Rd # B, USA

I know you are looking to see if this place is better than Panda Express. IT 110% IS. I used to go there all the time when I was in high school. It's way more traditional and flavorful than Panda, yet manages to keep its fast food feel. The Great Wall EXPERIENCE offers SO much more for the same prices.

The one by Albertsons absolutely terrible never again. Worst tasting Chinese food in my life.

The food was hot, but way over cooked! It appeared as if they cooked some earlier, then added more later and kept mixing old & new together! We couldn’t eat any of the chicken as it was so tough and dry? Looked amazing, definitely not as good as it looked! Never will go back or recommend them ever, so disappointed!!!🤬😤

seriously so impressed with this place. this was my first time trying great wall express and it was amazing. the spices added well with the chicken very well. i would seriously recommend

Really good for a quick bite to eat. Kind of like panda Express but a lot better. Sesame chicken with lo mein was my favorite dish.

I'd like to start by saying that when I come during lunch time, the food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. However, the teenage boy that works nights is absolutely terrible at customer service. I will drive all the way to the other location before ever coming to this location at night time again. I came in tonight and he was immediately stone faced and unpleasant, then I couldn't hear him very well bc he was talking downward (and the kids in the booth were playing a video on the phone rather loud) and instead of him just speaking a little louder, he literally starts yelling everything ridiculously loud at me like I was stupid. It was completely embarrassing and uncalled for. He also was barely filling the container so I ended up just paying for a side of the low mein rather than risking asking him to put the correct amount in it bc who knows how he would have treated me at that point. I do not recommend going at night just go to the other one or save your trip for the day time.

The food was definitely not worth the price. We got the broccoli beef, orange chicken, pineapple pork, teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. Came with sides of lo mein and fried rice. The only good things were the egg rolls and the sweet and sour chicken.
