I’ve done New Year’s Eve dinner with my family here, 3 of the last 4 years. It’s always a very nice time. BUT… this year was amazing. The menu option for better than previous years, the atmosphere was kid friendly, yet still very mature, and our waiter (Derek) was so great!
Was really disappointed this time around. Had a great experience the last two times. Third time was not a charm. Food was stingy and blah. Not worth the price at all. Waitress charged us for extra drinks and was hanging out with friends at the bar most of the time. This time around was a huge turn off and not so sure we will be returning.
During the dinner.. It's a bit too dark in side the restaurant. The food is above standard and very tasty, but the flavor is a bit too salty for my taste. The service is excellent, and the location is great. After eating, you can stroll around and shop nearby. It's not a cheap place.
Great food casual atmosphere pretty good service.we were impressed they could seat us on a Friday night with no reservation.when across the street, everyone else was a 45-minute wait. The food took a bit to come out, but it was worth the wait. we would come back. The lobster guak was a great appetizer and was the muscles. The Tuna udom bowl was tasty. the noodles weren't great over cooked they lacked the bite udon needs. However, the tuna and soup were perfect. Chef may want to try making a ramen noodles it can be prepared quickly. My son had the linguini it was tasty as well. We liked the variety at Great Road and will be back to try different things it's nice to see a menu that is not the same old same old.
Update:
I do not know what happened in their kitchen, but... i paid for dinner that was way too hard to eat. Medium rare steaks came rare?? And medium well. Shrimp scampi was super salty, and the sauce was super heavy. We ate just to say we did not throw away $200..
Geezz.. such a waste of money Not coming here again.

Been coming to GRK for years, have never been disappointed. We Started with the shaved steak sliders...they were phenomenal. Loved the bread they came on...really good starter app. Made it a smashed burger night and man, they know how to do a burger here. If you're not sure what to get and feel like eating a burger, do it. We had the apple/lemon cocktail on the menu (the name is slipping my mind right now) and that is one of the best cocktails I've ordered anywhere, really. Left with the NY cheesecake with raspberry sauce...really special. Another solid experience GRK. See you next time!
Had such an amazing New Years Eve dinner. Staff was amazing, but our waiter Derek, was the absolutely best. The way this man balanced martini’s filled to the brim from the bar to the tables without spilling a drop, is truly a sight to see!!! And he’s super nice and humble!!!!
A very nice and elegant restaurant offering a variety of dishes from seafood to meat. I got the steak frites and they were crispy and steak was tender.
