We had a fantastic holiday experience with our friends. The facilities were amazing and the staff was very helpful. I would like to make a special mention about, Ms. Lindsey on the custodial staff. She was so helpful and cheerful every time we came into contact with her at the fitness center and the whereabouts. She really cares about how she treats guests and the residents. As well as, how she does her job. Please pass this on to her. We love visiting and we will come back soon.
I met with a realtor very disapointing they lie to you and never get back to you if you make an offer. In my mind they are a total scam. Be careful if you are dealing with a realtor Scammers😡
The Great Outdoors was such a great camping experience. Close to I-95 (but not too close that you hear the noise) and next to any store you might need, this place was a paradise that we discovered last week after doing a Google search for “campgrounds near me” ||This gated community is safe, secure, meticulously well kept and we will be back! ||||Every person we spoke with was friendly and helpful. I can’t think of anything negative about the place (other than to be mindful of the gators if you have pets) They have the cleanest swimming pools, bathhouses and hot tub I’ve seen in a long time. Reasonably priced, peaceful, beautiful with perfect weather!! 10/10 !!! So great I’m considering moving here!! ||||Had my first alligator sighting here which I’m attaching a picture of one who escaped the lake at the golf course one evening to go to another lake haha!!
What a lovely rv spot! All concrete, leveled and wide sites! They have all the amenities and more than one can need! The staff were friendly and helpful. This place is well kept and well worth the $$ spent. We will definitely come back!
This is a great place for their amenities (swimming, acqua aerobics, pickle ball, tennis, tai chi, dance lessons) but realize it is surrounded by a nature preserve. That means mosquitoes and wild animals all around. There was a panther that walked up our street one night (videoed by our neighbor) and several large alligators. Apparently, since it was warm in February, the alligators were moving more than normal and more aggressive than normal. Last week, one of the residents had a horrible encounter with an alligator while he was gardening and lost his leg. I’m not saying this to be scared, just be aware of the situation. Don’t walk at night without a flashlight, look around when you bike, etc. The residents are proud that they “live with nature” but have to realize these are still wild animals and situations arise that they cannot control.
This is an excellent Premier RV Resort. It’s just beautiful, clean, and top notch. We had a wonderful one week stay in the middle of January. Big site, excellent 50 amps, OTA TV (no cable). The resort is perfect for bike rides or going for a run. It has all the amenities you can think of. Check in was easy. We strongly recommend this resort for one week, two weeks, and one month stays. Walmart is 5 minutes, Grocery stores too.
Several very good restaurants are within minutes too.
People are quite rude here. But I guess when you are old and miserable you get like that. I did meet a few nice people though. The old security man really needs a hobby he pulled my son over for going 16 in a 15 and threaten him with a $100 ticket and was so rude like the world was ending. NOPE! Grandpa go home.
We stay here when we’re on our way to South Florida, so I can’t say that I’ve seen all of their amenities, but I can definitely say it is a very nice and well kept place with friendly staff

A nice wine n beer bar with many selections and friendly staff and locals. Great stop off point to view rocket launches! Public parking nearby. The tapas are very good! The Titusville playhouse is only 2 blocks away and a short walking distance.
