I just saw such pathetic other reviews that I just HAFTA' say, "These ladies are great & earn way better than that, up so early but ever smiling with friendly, engaging conversation while serving. And consider this; while others are just heading to work & still have time to stop for coffee, these gals are already there working in order to serve it to them! - the prices are way better than Starbuck's and other places" to the point that I'd feel like a total cheapskate if I didn't tip well because they earn it! I get the largest Americano with as many extra shots as nature will allow ( lol ) advising them to put an ice cube UNDER it rather than to try to plop one on top, & stiLL the price is so low that I have to round it waaaaay up to $10 on my debit because they deserve it... aND appreciate it. When I've gone elsewhere requesting extra shots, they ding me up exponentially until it's downright robbery! One place down Martin Way charged me over $20!! Of course, I didn't pull in there figgerin' she'd be practically naked any more than I had planned on leaving there "stripped" myself - but they cheated themselves in the long run as well. Btw, *debit card* tips get pinched & diverted from intended target by the government, who has already taxed your coffee twice before you even tip. I think of cash tips as an earned GIFT of appreciation. I've séèn these gals get sa-LAMMED at times, and I'll bet there's a reason for that tòó.

35MIN WAIT!!!!! Was the second car on thr right side and they did 4 cars on the left before I even got to the window! They have cameras but how do they not see the line going into the road?.. get it together.. terrible service. Only have coffee

Fast easy and convenient. Friendly staff, great coffee, and I hope the big chain down the road dries up and goes away because NW Coffee eats their lunch.

The coffee is pretty good, but they're pricing is literally criminal. In addition to being higher than Starbucks, they're more expensive even with a much lower overhead. But the reason I gave them two stars is because they charge you much more than their menu shows. They do have a notice that prices would increase by 10% in February, but they charge about 20% more. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge more than the listed prices, and the menu with lower prices has been up for at least a couple of months. I consider this as bait and switch, which is illegal in addition to just being a despicable practice.

Tastes great! We tried the hot choc, American coffee, and white choc mocha coffee with cinnamon roll. Delicious! Great customer service. Oh and the prices are amazing compared to other spots. Thank you for making my morning 🙂

Coffee was ok. Got zero of the flavor I asked for. Took the lady 10 minutes…. Won’t be coming back. Was also almost $14 for 2 20 ounce specials. I thought a special meant less money to get you to try their coffee? I’ll stick to Avenue. Weird how their prices never go up.

Don't really pay attention to their lines. Says there's camera everywhere. Not sure how they dont see. Coffees is good. Just not willing to wait as long as I did, and get skipped in line.

This place was a great spot to stop at today with my Nephew. They have a robust menu and the barista that was working (I didn't catch the name) was an absolute joy. The place was a little busy but for great coffee and great snacks it was well worth the wait. Definitely a place I will stop at again when I am in the area.
