Great Lakes Ace - Hardware store in Bellevue - 220 W Main St, USA

I like the store except for the policy to harass costumers when they walk in the door. Some younger lady kept hollering at me down the aisle even though I obviously had it under control. After I told her I didnt need her help for the second time she was rude and said she could help me anyway. No means no. Let people ask for help themselves. If you constantly need someone to help find stuff in the store maybe the lay out isn't the best.

I don't like giving bad reviews, so with that being said, I didn't have a good experience with this store. I ordered a key fob for my car on January 8th, and it took till sometime in February for it to come in. Only to have the key machine ruin the key. They said they would fix the machine and then order a new key fob. When the second key fob came in, no one saw to it to fix the machine. So it ruined yet another key. I was told that they could not keep ordering the fobs just for the machine to ruin it. Then I was informed that there was no manager at the store, and they would have to get back to me on what they were going to do. So it is now April, and I still don't have a key fob for my car.

Had coupons went to get flower pot they have good stuff there been there for years I bought a flower pot 12 inch got it for free w coupon it's the clay pots there good ones got to go there to get many more my plants are growing like crazy

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Pam, Kate, Uncle Tony and Mr. Willey all went above and beyond today helping us with our purchase of 80 bags of mulch. They offered excellent customer service, between getting us the best price possible and also getting everything loaded onto the truck smoothly. Thank you for your top notch customer service. It was very much appreciated.

Well stocked local hardware store. Knowledgeable staff was able to point me in the right direction for what I needed. They can be a little high prices for some items, but I appreciate the convenience of the location and don't mind spending a bit more to support local businesses. Always a pleasure to shop here.

I went through about a week ago. I was met with a very rude cashier who didnt say anything to me, and tossed my items into the bag recklessly. Her attitude was enormous and she did not say thank you. Her name was Savannah and it was an awful experience, even when mixing my paint. Typically, all of my previous experiences were good.
