The best experience I've ever had with a staffing agency. Steph Bailey was my contact for this process and she did a truly amazing job. Her positivity is contagious, and when you're looking for a new position, more times then not you are in need of a lil extra positivity. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and inspired confidence reminding me to reflect on what I'm capable of. Now the best part is she paired me up with about as perfect a fit position I could've hoped for.. some of the major points worth noting are -The owner and myself attended neighboring high schools and grew up around the same area . -The industry was exactly that of my profession and experience base, lately I had worked for similar fields but I missed my specific trade until she got me back in it. -The pay was above average and competitive with the top employers in the industry Very happy with it -The company culture, atmosphere and Coworker dynamic are amazing and you really couldn't ask for more.
