Great place to stay in Great Falls, conveniently located for not only Benefis Hospital & Great Falls Hospital medical patronage, but minor league baseball Great Falls Voyagers attendance, as well. Voyager Stadium baseball is 2 1/2 miles straight north, an easy commute on one-way streets both ways. Stayed here for 6 nights on a minor league baseball trip last month. Very soundproof construction between floors, etc. This is 4 blocks south of the main drag 10th Ave, in a medical building area, so the surroundings are quiet as well. Cleanliness is above par. Coin laundry machines on site for the longer stays. Hot breakfast in the lobby each day with reasonable hours. Complimentary coffee provided in the lobby all day. Front desk staff were all courteous and top notch. Great accommodations for any fellow baseball fans in town for a few games.

Loved this hotel. They were so fun and kind at the front desk. My only complaint is the small bathroom, I'm a bigger girl and I had to keep the door open when using the facilities because there was no space to close it. There was also an uncomfortable chair at the table. The bed however was heavenly 😌 I would certainly stay here again next time. The location was great as well. Central for just about everything we wanted to do.

Super nice lady to check us in even tho we were very late. Coffee was avaiable when we arrived. She said that if we moved the trailer with all the quads etc she would watch it on the cameras overnight. |Comfy bed and pillows. Clean room, clean hallways and clean breakfast area. Satisfying breakfast.

Booked a one night stay for one person and was charged $225.73 although the room rate was only $155 listed - the rest "Recovery Tax & Fees"...which no one could explain what they were. Pretty easy to find with Maps, upon arrival, front desk person not very friendly, didn't explain anything. Room ok clean, but not behind the bed. Mattresses on both beds so soft you sank to the platform (no box spring), the pillows very lumpy and the lines didn't have a fresh smell. Breakfast area clean, food pre-made and the area not large enough for the number of guests. I suppose it's close to the hospital if you need that, but other than that very over priced for what it is. Will not stay again there or any of their facilities.

I booked 2 rooms from 07/25/24-07/27/24. I was impressed with the recent reviews I had read, the location, and that the gal I spoke with offered to give me a funeral discount as I and my daughter and her family, were coming from out of town to attend my mother's service. However, this hotel was a huge disappointment. For starters, it is not handicapped friendly at all. There are no sliding front entrance doors nor a button to hit for the door to open up automatically. So, if you are wheel chair bound or have other medical or handicapped issues, you are out of luck here, short of someone opening up the door for you. When I came into my room, it smelled musty, not fresh at all. The curtains do not shut completely. So at night, there is some kind of light from the outside that cannot be blocked. The nightstand by my bed, looked a bit warped and had a crack in it. The morning I checked out, the air conditioner had apparently leaked out water. When I went to open up the curtain in my stocking feet, my socks quickly got soaked from all of the water. This made me wonder if this happens frequently and if so, how much mold might be underneath this carpet. My kids arrived the day after me, at 1:15 AM. Needless to say, they were exhausted and quickly went to bed. At around 4 AM, my son-in-law heard someone sliding something across the floor endlessly. He finally went up to the front desk to voice a complaint and ask if something could be done about this. He said the gal he spoke with seemed disinterested. Nothing changed! They chose not to spend another night in this hotel and sadly, slept very little. The continental breakfasts are nothing to write home about. I tried this for only one morning. Rubber, round eggs (looked like plastic) and some sausages (best part about their breakfast), 2 cereal choices (Cheerios & Frosted Flakes), biscuits that looked they had barely been cooked (frozen & microwaved, perhaps), some yogurt, some juices, and absolutely no fresh fruit. It would be better to head down 10th Avenue South to Hardees. All of the front desk step would never offer as much of a smile and did not seem interested in their job. I've traveled a lot through many years. These gals were some of the most unfriendly ones I have even encountered. So, are there any positives? Well, the bed was comfortable and it did have a nice bathroom with a deep tub. However, the shower head was about as cheap as could be had, with very little water pressure. I never felt fully clean after showering. The location was nice as it just off of 10th Avenue South, near a few restaurants, and very close to the Great Falls Clinic Hospital, Great Falls Clinic, and Benefis Hospital. So, if you are not particular about whether a hotel is handicapped friendly, has any form of a decent breakfast (continental or otherwise), a comfortable bed, and a good location, then this may be a good hotel for you. As for me, not thanks, I'll pass!

The first room we were put into was a king bed. The bed was off of the bottom frame which are cheap rolling metal frame in the bed would not go back on the frame. The second room they put us in had ink stains on the bed. All beds are uncomfortable. Not a relaxing place to stay. Herbal service, with our issues really hope that they could do was change as rooms that was just as bad. Rooms are about outdated

Booked this hotel for one night for work. First room they put me in smelled like a wet dog. It rained the night before and front desk gal said it doesn’t do well in wet conditions. Second room they put me in the carpets were wet. Shower curtains had yellow stains. Bed sheets didn’t smell clean and had stains. Horrendous experience!

Called to inquire about pricing. She asked what brought me to town. I said I love kind of in the area, go my hair done, didn't want to drive the 2 hrs home and wanted to treat myself to a spa day. She told me the don't rent to who lives in town, I don't, and told me to go elsewhere.

This nostalgic hotel in Great Falls is getting renovated. The rooms are being updated. Ours was very clean, was decent sized, and we enjoyed our stay. The people at the front desk were awesome. Overall, enjoyed our time here.

The staff here are just fantastic! I can't say enough good things about these folks. Kathy is just so sweet and really looked out for me when I stayed for a week! The weekday morning gal in the kitchen works so hard and the breakfast is free. She sho
