Chris, the chef, is increasingly “on his game” as he continues to create locally sourced dishes with extraordinary flavors. The chicken (or chicken-less) dah soup was super tasty, and the chicken and bean tostadas had just the right crunch coupled with outstanding flavor.
Quirky, locally focused, restaurant with fabulous food, great service and pleasant atmosphere makes for a great stop. They care about their food and you can taste the love.
Visited on New Year's Eve for their prix fixe dinner. The food was delicious and unique. The atmosphere is cozy and just a little bit like a set for a play. After a while I started noticing interesting folks coming and going while my friend and I enjoyed our dinner, and our waitress seemed to be someone we had already known. I could have been sitting in an audience watching the would thing... and that was enchanting. I'll have to go back again soon!
The food was great! Everything was cooked perfectly. The Salmon was delicious, and the chocolate flourless cake was one of the best I've had. If you're thinking of going here, just go. You won't regret it!
I can’t say enough about this surprising dining experience. I ordered a simple Soup and Sandwich, and they were anything but simple. The soup was a tomato mushroom garden cream concoction of deliciousness. The breakfast sandwich was equally delightful with nothing out of balance and terrific Tuscan herb flavor in the egg. Service was wonderful and locals were great to chat with.
Ordered sandwiches to go took a while but worth the wait.
Beautiful atmosphere, amazing local organic food options and hand crafted items! I had the local BLT and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be going back to try breakfast and dinner and making use of the market.. I wanted to buy everything! So lucky to have this gem in Turners Falls!!
Delicious food, generous portion sizes, creative menu, friendly staff, warm atmosphere. We had a really nice meal on a Saturday evening, busy but no trouble making a reservation.
