The GDS team is nothing short of amazing! There really isn't any IT issue they can't handle and their customer service is truly phenomenal! I have had the pleasure of working for Grayson a few years ago and during my time there I saw the tech team solve a variety of issues for varying clients. They where always prompt with services. Additionally, they took the time to explain what the issue was and how they fixed it in a way that could be easily understood. Kenny Grayson is also an excellent leader. With my role in marketing, I learned so much from him. Not coming from the tech world, he helped me to gain a deeper understanding of the services they offered. Kenny Grayson's office was closed due to hurricane damage. My computer was locked and had malware problems; It is not easy for me to leave the house. He lives close by and actually came to my home to fix the problems. I was totally blown away that he did this for me.
