Graton Casino is easy to get to and my experience with other players and staff has been overall positive. The facilities are clean and the food court offers a decent variety. I've been fortunate enough to hit some jackpots and it definitely entices me to return. 😁 🎰

As someone who isn't much of a gamer and doesn't typically leave richer from casinos, I must say I left with a great impression of Granton Casino. The cleanliness of the place is commendable, making for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food court offers a variety of good options, ensuring there's something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the live music at the G Bar today, which added a vibrant touch to our visit. We also participated in the Punch Giveaway. Although we didn't win, it kept us on our toes and added an extra layer of excitement to our time there. The only downside was that they allow smoking inside, which was a bit off-putting. However, overall, our experience was fantastic, and we'll definitely be returning!

It's a nice improvement for Sonoma County.... but their ventilation system needs a MAJOR overhaul. Most high-end casinos either have the right ventilation or make people smoke outside. This place just constantly smells like cigarette.

I only gave 1 star because I don't win. I gave it 3 times, this being the 3rd and LAST time. Also, when you open the casino doors out comes the pollution of smoke. You enter smelling good only to exit smelling like an ashtray.

As the 'Rollin' 40's Crew,' my friends and I have celebrated several milestones here, and it never disappoints. The Mexican Lollipop drink is a MUST-TRY - it's exceptionally delicious and refreshing! The bartender's craftsmanship is top-notch, and the presentation is almost too pretty to drink (almost!). The vibe is always lively, with stunning views and a chic atmosphere that makes us feel like we're still rockin' our 20s (even if our 40s are rollin' in!). The staff is friendly, attentive, and ensures our crew has an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a sophisticated spot to celebrate special occasions or just want to treat yourself, the Sky Lounge Bar is the perfect destination. We'll be back, and we'll be ordering those amazing Mexican Lollipops again!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint of discrimination based on my disability, autism, against Graton Resort and Casino. On August 31 st . I was denied re-entry into the casino under the allegation that I was too inebriated. Despite my efforts to explain my situation and the unique challenges I face due to my autism, I was threatened with police involvement if I attempted to drive my vehicle, leaving me with no choice but to book a room to avoid potential legal consequences. Because I wouldn’t hold still or make eye contact . Which is difficult for someone who is neurodivergent. As someone diagnosed with autism, I experience difficulties with communication and social interaction. These challenges were particularly exacerbated during this incident, and I felt that the staff’s refusal to assist me or accommodate my needs was both distressing and discriminatory. Despite booking a room, I continued to receive no assistance or understanding from the staff, which further aggravated the situation. I believe that the actions taken by the staff at Graton Resort and Casino violated my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As a person with a disability, I am entitled to reasonable accommodations, and the treatment I received fell far short of what is legally required. I am seeking the following remedies: 1. A formal apology from Graton Resort and Casino. 2. Reimbursement for the cost of the room I was forced to book under duress. 3. Implementation of training programs for staff on how to appropriately interact with and accommodate individuals with disabilities, including those with autism. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 30 days, I will have no choice but to pursue further legal action to protect my rights. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I took my friend to the pool bar and received the best service from a lovely woman named Jazmine. She took care of us so well and was so nice! She really made the visit great and the drinks were amazing too, we will definitely be visiting again

Sandra, the manager at the pool- absolutely went above and beyond to take care of my friend at her bridal party. She has a team that is ready to help and they all crushed it. Stellar service- and highly recommend.
