Nastiest motel in the area. Your money is very valuable! Most customers are strapped, surviving day by day: Especially during these hard times most are going through. Before you waste your available funds, read this review: stats for 2023: 644 police calls of service to the motel 82 overdose calls 31 deaths 162 other medical related calls. 16 raids on guest rooms by swat / special units * Bed bugs * 50+ burn holes on floors and bedding * manager in bad smelling pjs at front desk at 11am. * lamps have no shades * only the outlets work in room, which tv & lamps use: * animal urine odor / stains / poop stains on floors. *bathroom light doesn't work. * tv onl partially works for about 8 channels.. these owners are an embarrassment to the lodging industry: not to mention the property looks like a junkyard because they own about 10 cars that have broken windows, flat tires, glass all around em. 1/2 the rooms are closed due to fire damage, and mold/structure damage 😂 If you want poor customer service, a room that can make you sick in many ways The Grantmoor Motor Lodge is for you. if you don't mind, bedbugs, cockroaches, and dirty sheets in the Grant Moore motor lodge is for you. Is it worth saving the $5 - $10, when they most likely are going to KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT and will blame any one of the numbers of reasons wrong with the room, to keep it!! so that 5 night stay cost you your deposit, because of pre existing conditions. now the room just cost you a lot more than you expected, because they kept the deposit! if this review doesn't make you choose any motel other than here, i don't feel bad for you. just be prepared for what you are spending your $$ on during these difficult times.

Back then it was pretty bad, roaches etc but they improved ,the motel is the cheapest price in berlin turnpike staff is friendly rooms are huge ,water real hot ac cold stores are all around ,im comfortable here, parking in front my door its not so bad like people be saying it is i been through worse place in htfd on weston street next to mcdonalds

Cheap for a reason doesn't even begin to cover it. The rooms have bugs, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The room service is so lacking it's unbelievable, if you don't get up and get your own towels, at the crack of dawn, you don't get any. Not worth a fraction of the cost, especially considering the lock on the door was busted and the 70's interior had some major issues, including a nasty odor. Do yourself a favor - don't stay here

The room was not very clean at all, it had an ancient hot tub in it that didn't work, the property needs to be updated the rooms need to be updated. However the owners and staff are very nice people and try to accommodate the best they can I think they're just used to a certain kind of clientele.

The room was nice and clean no bed bugs like people were saying and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice it's quiet when I go outside I don't see barley anybody I don't know about anybody else but I like it and the price for rooms are the best prices through out the Berlin Turnpike I give this motel 4 stars 🤩

I check out the place to see if a good place to stay turns out a No .I thought myself in a junkyard

There is a big bed bug infestation, roaches, water bugs, and mice (photos included)! on the right side consuming the whole of about 12 rooms front and back. There are also mice coming from the side they are doing renovating on... Disgusting environment for kids, with drug deals taking place in the back daily. Order out don't leave anything open there are roaches everywhere. I was watching a couple the other day when the AC exploded (photos included) in their room and the manager did nothing and made them take the unit from another room and switch it. Water is always cold and you have to use the sink to fill the tubs. If a fuse blows the manager gives you a warning like you did it then kicks you out if it happens again.

This place is disgustingly awful should be condemned.. we’re is the health inspector or anyone for that matter this place is an absolute dump
