Very accomodating. We made last minute reservations and they were very helpful. We were also late arrivals so they checked in on our schedule. The motel keepers 2 doodles were a plus. Coffee available in the office. Rooms clean and functional, hot water for the shower! Informative and helpful regarding local activities. Thanks so much!

There's no room 13 we stayed in 14 technically 13 js .. Loved our room and our stay, saw a fire pit out back, if we come back anytime soon we'll definitely be utilizing that! Great room for the cost, super convenient location for getting to all the attractions of Galena! Owner was super nice!

Lovely room, with amazing hosts. Locally owned and managed. We visited for the Halloween parade weekend and found it to be just close enough to take a quick can ride downtown, but away from the chaos. Definitely will go back!

Perfect little motel off of 20, 1 mile outside of Galena mainstreet. Sherry* was amazing and moved our room to the back of the hotel because we had puppers. The firepit was nice on a cool night. The beds were comfy. The room was quaint. The pool is heated, as long as you don't mind the traffic it's perfect. We will absolutely stay here everytime we go to Galena.

This Motel is a gem. The room was clean and the staff was awesome, especially Toby and The Duder. Location was next to highway so it was easy to get to local attractions, that said the road noise was a little loud at times. We will be staying there again, the cost was fair and the coffee in the office was good. If you are looking for a high end resort, well this isn't that, it is a perfect stop for down to earth folks and reminds of the Motels on Rt. 66 back in the day.

Perfect little hotel right on the highway outside of Galena. Sherry* was absolutely amazing, she moved our room to the back because we had puppies. The fireplace outside was beautiful on a cool night. The pool is an outdoor heated pool and as long as you don't mind the traffic driving by, it's perfect. The beds were comfortable and the room itself is quaint. I would absolutely stay here everytime we go to Galena.

If you are visiting Galena, stay here! I was in for a couple days to shoot an Elopement and this was the best place. Warm and comfy beds, amazing staff (Sheri you are an angel) and they even made me a pizza to eat!

The motel is on a hill, the upper level rooms just off the highway, the lower rooms face the large back yard and fire pit. Our room was on the lower level. Rooms are clean, bed somewhat comfortable. They usually light the fire pit every night and you can purchase the makings for S'mores (or bring your own supplies.) They have the sticks for roasting the marshmallows right by the fire pit and chairs. There are also picnic tables in the back and a grill. The motel is a few minutes from town. There are two rooms with three double beds, which is fun for a girl's weekend (everyone gets their own bed.) Pool closes after Labor Day.
