Granny's Restaurant - Family restaurant in Cody - 1550 Sheridan Ave, USA

It's an old country kitchen. A lot of choices. I love the Sante Fe skillet. We also ordered 2 🍳 eggs and hash browns🥔, 🥓 bacon 🧀 cheeseburger 🍔 with 🍟 fries, nacho deluxe, ham 🍖 and cheese 🧀 omlett. My only complaint.... there is entirely way too much stuff on the tables. Its kinda lazy putting everything on every table. You can't eat without your plates trying to hit the floor.

Best breakfast I’ve had at a restaurant. Great prices. Breakfast service was excellent. Ate again for supper. Service was lacking. Seated right away, but other tables got their order taken first even though we were there first. Food was still excellent. The atmosphere is an old fashioned small town dinner which was great.

Great service. My coffee never made it past half full before someone filled it up:) The chicken fried steak was great. Give this place a try. It was great from start to finish.

The car park was full and so were we after breakfast here. Old style diner with unusual options. I had the pork green chilli which was not at all spices. We had to line up for 20 minutes such is its popularity. Good old fashioned country service.

We were passing through town and looking for breakfast. I did have high hopes for Granny's with the great reviews I read. Our waitress was the absolute nicest older lady. She was a dear lady, her name isn't on the receipt. She is why it's 3 stars and not 2. I had eggs Benedict that came with special cheese sauce. This was the worst Benedict I have ever had! The special cheese sauce was straight out of the can! The bowl served hashbrowns on the bottom, ham, bun, egg. I think the bun was a hamburger bun, not really sure. The ham was good. I scrapped the cheese sauce to the side and ate what I could. Husband had biscuit and gravy, straight from the can as well, maybe a few chunks of sausage tossed in. I can't remember if the coffee was good or not. This food style was just not to our liking.

We had the meatloaf and the salad bar; everything was delicious. I like the Seniors menu; it’s a smaller serving which is the perfect size to not overeat. The pecan pie is a delicious pastry topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel; SUPER DELICIOUS! I asked for a decaf coffee to go; Jen Gould was so positive and willing to brew a fresh pot. The fresh coffee was excellent. We are traveling through and Jen Gould offered things to do and visit. She is a great waitress and super kind and helpful.❤️

Really needed a quasi-healthy dish and this was the place to stop and get it. Very friendly, very fast and had just the salad i needed, along with grilled chicken on top and a side of perfectly grilled texas toast!
