I've been presented with nothing but helpful people here. Life's journey has landed me here for a while and it's worked out well. They've been flexible with payment options, move in, and anything I've come across that I've needed. My room is quite large and converted to a suite with kitchenette. There's space to cook meals, lounge, exercise, and for my kids to play. I've already recommended this establishment for my friends and family, it's time for others to see the charm here as well. Clean ✔️ Quiet (even the interstate) ✔️ Animal friendly ✔️ HOT water 😁✔️ Friendly people ✔️ Laid back atmosphere ✔️

We were so grateful for a warm bed after driving through a snow storm, and even more grateful we could have our pup with us. The lady that helped us check in and out was kind and helpful, and a welcoming friendly face for us to be greeted by after a long day of driving. They even gave us snacks!!! Our one minor complaint was the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned for a bit, but it was easy enough for us to wipe the seat clean. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Ava and family were very friendly and hospitable, providing snack bags and a cozy fireplace in the check-in area. The facilities are not renovated, but they are kept clean, and the rooms are well-insulated, colorful, and inviting, complete with microwave, fridge and lamps with USB ports by the bed.

Very clean, not new but beds In good shape, comfortable. Not enough blankets but heater worked well. Price reasonable, paid extra for dogs. Propriatress friendly. Gave us each a snack bag. I would stay there again. I suggest that rms reserved for people with pets have carpets removed use tile etc.

This place has went from a 1 night stay to a several night stay. My husband and I feel very comfortable being here and our pitbull is accepted with no troubles at that, which not very many places do that. The room was extreamly clean and the water was very enjoyable for a hot bath. ..Not only that but we've been so grateful that Ava has been there and has been extremely helpful and understanding with us. She's a rare breed when it comes to helping out and caring for the ones that stay there.. And her son has been very polite and helpful and as well ..she has positively blown my expectations out the door from what I originally showed up with due to past experiences with other hotels. And we couldn't say thank you enough! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ava & Jenny helped me get the room I needed, the room I got was better than the room I requested it had 2 double beds plus on the ground floor. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff Ava, Chris and Brian plus Tre were very pleasant and helpful. They provide excellent service and reasonable prices. Thank you, James N Also it was a convenient easy to get to location! They are scams and rip people off! Do not book on any week with an event … so any. And definitely do not mention it while booking. I don’t know how they have such good reviews. We travel for work was looking for a place to stay. Unfortunately the Rv Park I tried booking for us Wed-Mon didn’t have any sites available for Saturday because of the game so we decided to shorten it to Wed-Sat so leaving Saturday morning but I made a mistake saying that because as soon as I said game she said oh came back and after awhile said she had rooms but because of the game they are gonna be $230 a night! This is a 2* Hotel when I plugged in the dates yesterday it said $50 for those dates. We aren’t even staying for the game days because the RV park didn’t have sites. (The hotel is for the other employee) so because I said game she decided to try to take advantage of us and triple almost a 4 times the price increase and it’s for week days leading up to it not even game day. People will still be at work Wednesday through Friday just like we’re trying to do and come down Saturday night for the game, so yeah, once again, I don’t understand why she expects people pay over $200 for week days. Because she was greedy she just missed out on $150 for the week days before the Saturday that everyone’s gonna be coming in because that’s when we were going to be leaving. Called the comfort in the lady was really nice and online quoted $108 and she quoted $101 and it’s In a better more convenient area with restaurants all around. There is lots of better places around.

We arrived late evening and asked to see the room. Ava was so sweet and took us from room to room. My husband has sleep apnea and needs lots of plugs for his CPAP machine. We were able to look for the needed plugs. And, I have trouble with a hard bed. Ava let me check the beds for comfort. She was so thoughtful too as since we were arriving late, we were starved and she gave us snack bags. She encouraged us to come and see her day or night if there was anything we needed. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay there and Ava made us feel very welcome. Thank you for everything Ava.
