I've lived here for a month and have had the worst experience I've had in any apartment in any state. My first week here I was met with filth, screws, staples and glass in the carpet, a nonworking mail key, about $200 in spoiled food due to a broken fan in the refrigerator, and giggling from the office staff at my frustration. There is dog feces everywhere, even though there is a hilarious threat in the rental agreement about collecting DNA to charge people that don't clean up after their dogs. I chose the lower level as the stairs look sketchy, but it sounds like elephants practicing for the circus above me, so do with that what you will. The windows and doors are as old as the buildings themselves and your heating bill will reflect this. I just became aware that they charge for water and not the utilities company (although CSU did send a notice that they charge quarterly, so we shall see), when I got my monthly rent statement - that you have to pay extra for if paying online. I'm not entirely sure where the monthly thousands from everyone here is going, but it's definitely not going toward the property. I've never had anyone just enter my home with no notice until today (1/30). An ongoing maintenance request for weeks because of insufficient manpower and supplies is not 24/7 permission to come in and out as you please. Absolutely ridiculous. When my partner and I moved here from Miami October 2022, we never thought we’d come across such a great rental opportunity so quickly! Aside from the complex having almost everything on our checklist, any issues that have came up are being handled realistically & clearly communicated. Everyone in the office is friendly, it was refreshing to deal with transparent people and clear terms versus the usual scammers we are used to. Victor is beyond hospitable and has a heart of gold, Matt is a sweetheart and very detail oriented, and Heather is a phenomenal back bone. It’s great to be in a cute neighborhood with a gorgeous view and good amenities.

I recently relocated to Colorado Springs for work and discovered the ideal home at Grand View Apartments. After exploring various options, the impressive 4.2 star ratings on Google led me here, and I now understand why. Matt, Heather, and Olivia have been exceptional. Their thorough tour, patient responses to my questions, and overall commitment made the whole process seamless. The maintenance team is equally as efficient. Beyond the great staff and fantastic amenities such as a pool and hot tub, car port, and in unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher, Grand View Apartments is centrally located which adds immense value to living here. It's just 20 minutes to the Fort Carson, 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to parks and shopping centers, and approximately 15 minutes to some incredible hiking trails. My time at Grand View Apartments has exceeded expectations. Kudos to the dedicated team, the fantastic amenities, and the strategically central location that make this place feel like home. Matt, Heather and Olivia were very helpful in our move. The process was easy and we love the place. My family and I are comfortable and happy, so far everything looks perfect and in good condition. We can walk our dog around and when we don't, there is a balcony. The place is calm and quiet. The parking lots have a roof and it is the best in winter. Laundry and dryer work very well. Everything was clean when we arrived, inside and outside the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place. 💕 Thank u guys!

My partner and I just moved in around mid-December and while the unit itself required quite a bit of maintenance to get things into reasonable standards, the staff was all very accommodating and made us feel as if our needs were truly being listened to. Work orders have been placed and issues have been worked on - So this will be a review-in-progress. So far, things are going well!

Moving in was super easy and Grand View Apartments was nothing but communicative, kind, and helpful during the process, even accommodating some delays with documentation due to how quickly we were trying to move in. The process instilled nothing but confidence from us that we made the right choice wanting to move in here. The apartments are older, and there is not a lot of lighting in the apartment (but I do not like overhead lighting, so it's a win for me). But the apartment is on-par price-wise with the other similar units with similar amenities we were looking into (and is even a little bigger than the others), and has the additional benefit of being maintained well. I have not had an issue with any neighbors, any noise, or any disruptions since moving in. I definitely would recommend these apartments to friends.

So far, my experience at Grand View Apartments has been great. I've only been here a week, but the management team was very welcoming and helpful during move-in. The apartment was clean and has been well-maintained, and the floors, carpets, and appliances have clearly been recently updated. So far, the complex has been quiet, feels safe, and I've had no problems, neither inside the apartment or with the neighborhood. I love the assigned covered parking spot. The wall-unit AC has also been working pretty well. The apartments may be on the older side, but that is probably one reason they are affordable, and that's not a problem when they are well-maintained and updated. I would recommend this place. We are on our 2nd year lease at Grand View Apartment Homes. We started out in a 1/1 and upgraded to a 2/1 this past August, 2023. We are very happy here. Neighbors are friendly. We love that there is covered parking, washer & dryer in the unit, nice patio with large storage closet, and a fireplace. Management and maintenance are both very efficient and attentive to our concerns. The property is kept up well and we always feel safe! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
