I don't know anything about archery, but my daughter has been asking to learn. We went out to GVSG to ask about equipment, and the staff was very helpful and informative. They took the time to explain all the pieces of equipment we would need, the differences in brands and styles, and even showed my daughter how to hold her bow and shoot safely. The inside range is great. Lots of shooting options. The rental bows are pretty good, and the price for unlimited shooting is unbeatable. My daughter scored a bullseye on her second visit.

Exceptional customer service and archery knowledge! As a new archer looking to get into traditional bows, the staff was very helpful making sure I had the proper set up. While taking the time to explain the differences between the equipment and accessories as well as how to maintain the bow. Provided full attention during the process, not once did I feel rushed, pressured to buy one item over another, or feel like just another sale for them. Bullseye and the staff made sure I was a happy customer when I left. I will continue to bring my business here and recommend the same for anyone else interested in archery!

I am only giving Colton of Grand Valley a 5 star review because 6 stars is not possible. Myself and my son came in to get our bows tuned up, and some changes made. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted, and helped. I left feeling more confident with our gear. Excellent customer service, products, and knowledge. I will not go anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I both needed our bows tuned and when we went in one of the guys instantly started working with me. He was super patient and let me even show him my pictures of my shots to compare how my bow changed. I expected it to be so expensive because of how much he did to my bow and how much he helped me but it was super reasonable. They even followed up with us when we went over to go shoot to make sure things were still feeling good. Plus the virtual shoot was sooo fun. And everyone was super helpful even as busy as they were, I think we talked to everyone at least once because as we spent time there we had more things we wanted to get or do and everyone was so willing to help!

Absolutely amazing staff I have been out of the bow world for so long and these guy rocked I tested at least 8 different bows they set them up to my draw length and pounds and didn't complain once they were so full of info and helped me with any questions or concerns and didn't try to force one bow on me mind you I did not buy a bow yet just wanted to figure out what I needed ie draw length. However that being said I will be buying from these guys for sure when I get the money together thanks again guys I greatly appreciate you. Well here it is thanks again guys.

Brought my crossbow there for a repair. Something I screwed up! They were really cool about everything and didn’t treat me like an idiot. Fixed it for only $5! Awesome guys there.

Hands down one of the greatest customer experiences I have ever had. I came in looking for a new bow with little experience and the tech that spent hours working with me going through the whole process did an amazing job fitting me for a bow and each piece of equipment I needed. Extremely professional and even took the time to bring my son blocks/legos to play with to help keep him occupied during the process. Amazing range and staff. I never felt rushed or pressured and I walked out with not only with a new bow but new knowledge about the sport to help me improve my shooting! Thank you again for today! Amazing!

Convenient place to get your fishing and hunting license if you live in Allendale, and they always have a fridge full of worms. Any 1 star reviews here are just sour grapes
