Next to the largest entertainments that South Baldwin has to offer - Tanger Outlets Mall, OWA amusement park, Tropical Falls indoor water park and less than 10 miles away from Gulf Coast public beach.
Other local fun things to do include newly build Gulf Coast ZOO, dozens of restaurants, Gulf State Park, Wharf marina with a ferris wheel, laser shows, kids events, shopping and much, much more.
My family loved staying at Grand Riviera. It’s so close to all sorts of fun family activities. And if we didn’t feel like leaving, there were still lots of options of things to do in the park. The process to book was smooth and easy. Will absolutely be back!
Great place to camp. Stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. Staff is friendly and they take care of the place. Facilities are clean and maintained.

The resort was very clean. The sites were huge and level. The cable tv and WiFi worked great too. The lady in the office was also very nice and helpful. We were in site 31 right beside one of the 3 swimming pools and bath houses.
We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had the best stay! The RV site itself was wide open and flat with easy to access sites. We stayed in site 130 which was just a few steps away from the pool and clubhouse. The best part is that they have huge TVs on the wall for game day! Bath houses were clean and brand new. My favorite was the dog park to let my little fur baby run. Family friendly place, right across the street from OWA and a couple minutes from the beach. We will stay again!
Nice park. Pool is super warm. Staff is great. Wifi is bad much of the time. Secure Vision who provides wifi service have been told about poor performance repeatedly but either can’t or won’t fix problem. So if you require solid wifi, look elsewhere.
Fantastic new park close to OWA and other local attractions. The park was very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful getting us information prior to our arrival. Can’t wait to go back.
We had a great stay here a couple weeks ago. Very clean, awesome clubhouse with TVs for football, and close to Owa and shopping. Even got to watch the Owa fireworks show from the campground.

I have been here twice now, and both times were amazing. The second time was with my Mom and sister. I ordered a to go and forgot about it 20 min after the fact. I started freaking out and knew it was about 15 min after closing. I was only 2 min away
