You guys!! If you are looking for the absolute best place to stay while at the beach! STOP! You found it...thus place is top notch!! Everything was 100% perfect, easy check in, great parking, and quick easy access to the beach! Beautiful inside and beautiful view with a full table and plenty of chairs on the balcony..Eat your breakfast or lunch while looking out at the most beautiful beach ever!! We have stayed at The Grand Panama several times and absolutely love it, only thing this time we were told the price we paid included 2 parking passes which is what we have always gotten before but when we arrived we had to pay an additional fee for parking passes. They told us it was from booking with Emerald Resorts and not directly with the hotel (I was totally confused as I thought it was all affiliated with Emerald Resorts) so just always confirm and check on that: the room was okay, we did go buy a broom to sweep up all the sand we drug in since they don’t clean daily and there was no broom in our room. Also we did have to tell them about our sink in one of the bathrooms, probably could have used something to help unclog it but other than a few things our family enjoyed the week. Next time we will screenshot everything during booking especially with the huge mess with parking passes!

Grand Panama allows children and kids in the hot tub. This has ruined a relaxing time on more than one occasion over the years during our stays here. No adult wants to sit in a hot tub full of children carrying on with foul mouths and obnoxious behavior. There is a kiddie pool and a humongous heated pool for the children to hang out. Please consider keeping kids out of the hot tub, PLEASE.

If you have kids, its location on the first floor near the pool is great! UNFORTUNATELY, the pool pipes in redneck country music, which starts early, and you can never get away from. So if that's your thing, it's perfect! We heard it on our patio all day long, and the patio is anything but private. BUT if you want to party down, it's a perfect place. There is a snak shack , too! Our condo was on the first floor, near the elevator and electrical closet! It was very noisy sleeping. So, get your cocktail on! If it's relaxation you want go somewhere else!

This is our first time here. We paid a little extra for the room (via Airbnb) thinking we were in a nicer resort. And there's nothing wrong with this resort, it's just the same as all the rest. A little run down in places and you can see some wear and tear. That being said, everything worked. Elevators are good. The pools work, hot tubs are good, etc. They have security that seem to be on top of things. The gym is not as good as it looks in the pictures everyone uses. It has dumbbells up to 45 lbs, some cables and misc machines, two benches, and two good working treadmills and ellipticals. That's it. We've seen a lot worse but were hoping for a little more. The location is great. Kinda in the middle of everything. The beach here is perfect. The parking deck is wild. We're convinced someone was high when they designed it. Unnecessarily complicated and lots of weird pieces that are hard to get in and out of. Oh, this place has decent wifi and good coverage. I got 250/250 speed testing it. Worked great for streaming even in the evenings. (The complex was maybe 1/3 to 1/2 full.)

I rented from a private person who owns the condo. Had a great time in 2021 and will be back 2024. The staff and all were nice people. Great place.

Great vacation resort for family or non family. I have taken my family to this resort 3x now and it has not disappointed me once. Resort is in a great location for all activities. Walmart is right down the road for groceries. Rooms are great. It's a must book and stay type deal. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and a tiki bar at the pool.

Beautiful resort. Only one pool but it's pretty big and cleaned regularly. The elevators took a long time to come but I'm guessing because there's so many floors. There were times when the wait on an elevator had a line going all the way down the corridor. It's nice to have a parking deck since we drove our Jeep down with no doors but it was still frustrating to find an open spot. The parking deck is across the road But there is an enclosed breezeway to cross.
