We stayed in this hotel last weekend. Overall very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We stayed in jacuzzi suite. Happy from my room selection. Kids were very happy after using pool areas and water park. Pools very well maintained, towels always available. Coffee and tea avaliable all day long- no limitations. We will come back there in summer ☀️
went here last weekend and it was amazing! lots of fun in the pool and a hot tub! had a pool for younger kids too. room was very clean and whole hotel was too. beds were very comfortable. pictures online matches how it looked in person. overall, great experience and would recommend to everyone! :)
Great experience overall. Hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Kids truly enjoyed the watermarks and pools. Great value for the price. We will definitely be back.
We stayed in this hotel with a large group from our parish. It was very clean, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped ,comfortable and large. The pools are very well kept. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the owner for making our stay enjoyable.
Great time with family and friends. Kids loved 2 pools, Jacuzzis and Waterpark. I loved free and pretty good coffee. Rooms a bit older but clean and my bed was super comfy. Nice people running the place.
Overall good experience. Fun pool areas and little waterpark. Room was clean and we were even able to check in a little early which was much appreciated since it was such a busy day for them. Rooms are a bit dated, beds aren’t the comfiest but everything was very clean! Have a microwave and large mini fridge in the room which is nice.
Great find in The Dells!!|First of all, this place is immaculate. The photos on the website are exactly what you'll find. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.|Staff are welcoming and polite. Check-in and Check-out were smooth and flawless. We were treated like guests whom they were expecting - not random customers.|The pool water is heated to a very comfortable temperature - and it's crystal clear. All of the waterpark features are operating like new.|The outdoor pool is closed for the season, of course. However, indoors, there is a children's waterpark, a separate pool area for family use, and three spas/hot tubs - all included with room fee.|This is also a great location, (example: 2 miles from Noah's Ark Waterpark, just a few blocks from several restaurants, etc.).|Read through recent reviews of some of the more "well-known" hotels in the area and you'll notice they aren't meticulously kept up. This is not the case here. This hotel is kept in brand-new condition.
We stayed in the hotel and the kids had an amazing time!! It was really quiet and safe!! My kids loved both pools even though they are on the older side!! I really recommend going here!!
