Well when I first started renting a room from these people I said nice things because I was grateful. Now that I got done the way I got done I'll tell you that when I got to the room it was disgusting and I mean absolutely disgusting The bed had burn holes longer than a ruler and it was covered with bed bugs There were and have been the entire time I stayed there which is about 4 months roaches no matter what you did They never once asked about washing my bed linens I had security issues the entire time I was there including vandalizing of my car and when I asked about getting it resolved they kicked me out and this after being charged $300 for another week that I'm not allowed to stay There's trash everywhere and drug paraphernalia everywhere Mold in the room and I will tell you right now that the building will collapse eventually
Rooms are great, very clean. Never seen any bugs and love the updates they have been doing to the rooms. Very friendly owners and jump right away when something isn't working right. Room has a microwave, fridge and air conditioner. Much better then others I have stayed at.
Love the location and the people that gave me the room. I had one of the best nights sleep of my life. It was Clean and Quiet. I will not go to any other hotel!! You people have to check this place out. It is so reasonably priced for the service that you get. I would recommend the Grandmark Lodging to My friends and family. You really have to check this place out. IT'S INCREDIBLE!!!
Have lived here 20+ years, with the kitchenette its just like a studio apartment. With a low weekly rate your getting all your amenities in one lump sum as opposed to all different utility bills. Management is friendly, fix things in timely manner,and attentive to your needs.
Have stayed here awhile. It's family owned and these folks take great care of their business while also being friendly, hospitable, and going to lengths in terms of maintenance. Can't say enough good things. Top ratings!

I love the place I been here over a year they have put new flooring in new beds the rooms are clean the service is great and friendly they always ask if you need anything everyday when they do rooms. The location is great bus line stores pharmacy across the street dollar tree n dollar general in case you have no car. The trash n drug addicts are no longer around here no drama its the best motel if you want something cheap .I will never stay at red roof or any cascade or Wyoming motels again full of drug addicts n trash ..Your Best place to come is Grandmark lodging motel I promise the service and the rooms are well worth it!!! Stayed here off and on over an year. They have been working on the rooms fixing them up. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, a c., cable, free wifi. No bedbugs. Friendly owners and staff. Very helpful. If you keep to yourself you have no problems.. good weekly rates. Beats the other weekly motels in the area.

Nice variety of baked goods. Holiday cookies now, many standard items. Variety of doughnuts, also was great to have fresh plain doughnuts! Some prepackaged items are also good. Would go back and recommend if you want dessert.
