Grand Idaho Extended Stay - Hotel in Pocatello - 1399 Bench Rd, USA

The Grand Idaho is one of 3 in the area I've stayed. And Grand Idaho |is the Best. Rooms are very nice and|clean. The staff are very helpful. And they'll accommodate you if it's in there power to. And I just enjoy the over-all. I have to Thank Jordan. He let me know about a pro mo that was |taking place. And If I could just make|a couple of suggestions. I think 1 or 3|picnic tables should be added. Like |one more under the b.b.q. /eating |smoking area. The other 2 in the grass area. And if a chair could happen for the upper level where the|smoke butt's ashtray is. This help us older ppl who have issues with stairs. |And maybe a change machine in laundry room for us guess. || Thank you. I'm. # 226

I stayed here recently and had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever seen from the lady working the front desk. Her name was Emilie and she definitely deserves a raise for being so pleasant, happy and helpful. Her bright and bubbly personality made my whole day. Definitely recommend this place and if you get a chance to talk with Emilie I would highly recommend it! She’s the best thing since sliced bread

I really good area to be around for town for the location, there is great service and always someone to answer the phone. I appreciate DJ and Jordan for always being patient on helping me. The room fit well for a small family or yourself but in general a great place to be at plus your able to swim and watch movies and even every one in awhile they do a thing called guest appreciation day for people who stay at the grand Idaho

Nikki and DJ are amazing people. Whenever there has been an issue or anything they make sure it gets fixed. I would like to see the old security back they made me and my boyfriend feel safe and secure. For the most part it hasn't been a bad experience being here

This place has been undergoing an overhaul and is looking a lot better for it. They've added new management, as well as a few other new employees that have been great assets. Kristi and Nikki have been great new additions to the front desk.

This hotel has come a long ways since I’ve been here. I’ve been at this hotel for 2 years now because I travel for work. Lots of new faces and the hotel has been improved a lot. Just met a new face at the front desk her name is Nikki. She is great very helpful answered every question I had always with a smile the whole time. She’s going to do great. Haven’t seen DJ that much anymore he’s one of the best security guards I’ve met out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in when traveling. I hope he didn’t leave or let go of him. I hope he got promoted to head of security because since I’ve been here he has sure cleaned up this hotel.

We initially planned to only stay one night, but unfortunately our traveling plan changed and we ended up staying 7 nights. The understanding, support and help from Priscilla was heart warming, a definite 10/10 for her and her staff. To the owners - I think your carpeting needs an upgrade!

I had an excellent time throughout my beginning of arrival today at the Grand Idaho. From walking into a fresh and cool environment with visibility of the pool for when my family and friends come to visit to just initial check in with the best experience I've ever had from front desk agent Jordon Davis, every time I come into Pocatello for more than a few days this is definitely the place I plan on staying! Also, the number one place I plan on telling my friends and family about when they come on extended stays! 100% excellent service!!!
