A little bit of fun and still did some work while we were there! I love the grotto - the workout room was pretty well stocked of just about anything you would need. The beds and the pillows were amazing - we slept so well. The kitchen was stocked well... It made it really easy to be away from home but feel like home.
I like that there is a stop on the public gondola here. We used that to go into town. Our rooms were great and included everything we may have needed (glasses, hair dryer, robes, trash bags, etc.) so that was convenient. There are several activities to take part in (even in the summer) and most of the staff was very helpful. The hot tubs were great as well. I would return!
The resort was overall great. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist with any request or questions. The fact that there are several pool areas allows you to have a quiet corner to yourself or have a big group with kids in a larger section. The private theaters are definitely a must try along with the slide and roller coaster. ||The only thing is the food. Not many options in the resort and most are ok at best.
Grand Colorado @ Peak 8 is a wonderful property. There are numerous amenities as well as activities for couples or families. The staff are always very courteous and helpful. We've had numerous visits to Peak 8 and have always had a great time, with no issues. Highly recommend!
Overall we had a good experience and hope to return, two days was not long enough. The buildings are clean and beautifully decorated, and have awesome amenities. We didn't get to see much but liked the multiple pools and hot tubs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the free shuttle service to the Beer Fest and Main St; Jeff was silly and gave good restaurant advice. The slight downfall were some small things with our room.
We stayed with friends in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette so we slept on the sleeper sofa. My husband did not sleep well because it was too hard of a mattress, so we got a cot the second night which was better. Even though the air conditioning was set to 68° all night, all of us woke up in the middle of the night both nights overheated; I had to turn it off then back on for it to start cooling. Only other thing was that the coffee pot leaked on the counter for some reason but we got a different one. Not a complaint, but heads up that the top shelf of the mini fridge (right below the freezer) froze anything put there.
We staying in Building 3 for a week. The building was in great shape, as always. The outdoor activities were up and running busily. The shuttle to and from town is always a great feature. Can't wait to go back.
This was one of the most stressful vacations I have ever had. Juliana, the front desk manager, is rude, does not know the meaning of customer service and has no idea how to ensure a positive guest experience. We bought into the fractional ownership at the resort and our day experiences have been lovey, the concierge desk for owners are lovely, kind, and helpful. But move over to check in desk and it went downhill and ruined our vacation. They sent us to a room where 3 dogs ran out as we opened the door, then sent us to another room that had damage in it upon arrival and then tried to charge us $250 for the damage. Julianna has got to be the worst front desk manager ever hired.
We stayed at Peak 8 for a short get away. It was our first visit and we were impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was extremely helpful.
Stayed in one of the Penthouses on the 6th floor. Fantastic views. Ski in Ski out. Quicksilver lift is right out the back door. Hot tub inside and outside. Sauna. Room slept 12 people. Had a fireplace and was perfect. We will be back.
Our son absolutely loved the arcade here! Itâs one of the best indoor places to take kids in Breckenridge. Plus thereâs an ice cream shop in the front!
Absolutely loved the mines tour with Michael, heâs so full of fun knowledge and delivers the info so well!
Another shot out to Cory the operations manager of the monster truck sleigh rides. He gave my family a fun and great experience going the ext
Craved a flavorful, tasty and fresh meal after wandering the town. I am lucky to have found Mount Golian Grill. This restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The food was phenomenal and the service was great. I can only highly recommend it.
Loved the salsas and rose pork. Wish there was more avocado and tomato, but Iâve never had tlayudas before. Very tasty! Also had a breakfast burrito (no pic) and it was bomb.
We loved the breakfast and bakery items here. Get the Turkey and Cheese sandwich, Cinnamon Brioche, and Pain Au Chocolat Croissants. All of those were excellent. The latte was also very good. The staff were very nice and patient, place was clean, and
My family enjoyed this trail. We did a total of 4.5 miles. If you are not used to the altitude (we're from Ohio) it can be difficult at times. Make sure to bring water, wear sunscreen, and be prepared to get your shoes dusty. We didn't see any wildli
