The atmosphere at the Grand Bohemian was great with tasteful decor, generous accoutrements and generally awesome and helpful staff. We loved our check in process including the complimentary champagne and charming and helpful front desk staff. The room cleaning/turnover staff was likewise amazing and did all those little extra touches like folding your clothes and arranging your bathroom kit beautifully on a little cloth pad. Special massive shout out to Jack and Josh on the Valet Team and the valet team in general. With their super helpfulness, great conversation and real hop-to-it energy Jack and Josh more than made up for the few challenging experiences we had at the Red Stag restaurant staff. The restaurant food was great but we struggled with the attentiveness of the staff, even with a pretty much empty restaurant. A really amazing feature of the Grand Bohemian is actually the House Car that the Valet Staff will drive for you on short little runs if needed. We only used it once but it was super pleasurable and Jack was an excellent conversationalist. ||For constructive feedback to the restaurant - when patrons come in, if the place isn’t busy and there isn’t a line at all, try and get them seated within 15 min or if they sit at the bar, give them a menu in the first 10 minutes when you’re standing right there. ||Overall a 5 out of 5 rating for our stay/experience thanks to one team helping carry another as often can happen at any company/establishment.

We had my wife’s birthday dinner here. The atmosphere was top notch. Very elegant and was such a great dining experience. We sat at the bar and had a few cocktails to prepare us for the amazing dinner to come. BRIAN took VERY GOOD care of my wife and I. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and very much out of his way to make her feel special for her birthday! I highly recommend this place as a great dining experience for a date night!

The Grand Bohemian in Asheville was a top notch hotel. From being greeted at check in and getting in our room way before check in time. The room was very comfortable and we had a few of the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. Everyone we came across was very nice and accomodating. The wait staff at the bar were top notch and we ate at the restaurant our last night and it was fabulous.

This is the most lovingly appointed hotel we’ve visited. The staff is delightful and so helpful. The views and sounds of the waterfalls are stunning. The food was delicious (breakfast and dinner) and the bourbon bar was a treat! Every detail is mindful and perfect. If you want pure and utter relaxation on your travels, pause here for a while. I feel restored.

Super cute and quaint hotel in the beautiful town of Asheville. The lobby was lovely and the restaurant was delicious. The best part of our stay was interactions with employees. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The valets were the best! We had a minor issue with our 1963 Corvette and Dorian came to the rescue. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone there for a great experience!

My friend and I stayed at the Grand Bohemian while visiting Asheville in July. What a great location! We were in Asheville to visit the Biltmore Estate and the Grand Bohemian is at the entrance to the Biltmore Estate - we were able to catch a shuttle across the street! Our hotel room was wonderful and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner in the Red Stag, the hotel's restaurant. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with cute shops and restaurants.

Spent 5 days along with another couple at this very special hotel while touring Asheville. Every aspect of our stay was excellent including hotel decor, dining, housekeeping and staff. We especially appreciated and utilized the complimentary car service for dinners downtown, the early morning coffee service, and the quiet lobby and fireplace. We visited other “large” Asheville hotels and were so glad we chose the more personal atmosphere of the Grand Bohemian.

Where to begin, doing a bit of light reading of reviews and speaking with friends and colleagues whom have frequented this property in the past; my expectations and anticipation was elevated. My wife and I took an opportunity to come in from Charlotte (short, scenic 2 hr. drive) and spend a night prior to picking up our daughter from summer Camp at neighboring Hendersonville. Located on the southern edge of Asheville, North Carolina, this hotel redefines the meaning of grandeur.|From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the classic Tudor-inspired design. Velvet couches, stone fireplaces, and a touch of modern flair with the bar's red lighting and the contemporary art in the Grand Bohemian Art Gallery—it was a feast for the eyes.|Pre-dinner appetizers/drinks at the Red Stag Grill, before utilizing the properties house car (Electric BMW SUV) Valet graciously drops us downtown Curate) Valet were gracious to even picked us up post dinner (Friday night). I’ve really come to value this service, prominent at many Bohemian properties. Returning from a night out downtown, I was thrilled to find the Red Stag Grill still buzzing with energy at 10:30 PM—a refreshing change from the usual hotel bars that close early or lack excitement. The farm-to-table American cuisine (complimentary breakfast (Elite Bonvoy) served in a setting reminiscent of a traditional hunting lodge was both delicious and atmospheric.|The rooms were equally impressive. We reserved an exec suite, stunning, Marble bathrooms, jetted tub, handwritten note buy Mgmt, nice welcome gift, branded tumbler, upgraded coffee makers, well positioned flat-screen TVs, and strong complimentary Wi-Fi along with bottled water, selection of wine and spirits and high-end macaroons waiting upon our arrival, coupled with champagne at check in. Whats not to love, everyone on property made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It's hard to believe this picture-perfect Tudor-style hotel was only completed in 2009, transforming what used to be a gas station into a luxurious retreat.|The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the main Biltmore gate and all the shops and restaurants in Biltmore Village. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the impeccable service. Every staff member, from the hotel to the restaurant and housekeeping, was attentive, professional and personable, feels almost like a lost art hospitality staffing at this level post pandemic. |I would be remiss to not mention that in our good fortune of travel globally, this property service/décor/cuisine/libations it trends towards the top of my list, highly recommend, thank you Grand Bohemian Asheville staff, you left an indelible mark, we look forward to many return visits. Whether you're relaxing at the spa, dining at the lively Red Stag Grill, or simply soaking in the elegant decor, this hotel promises an unforgettable experience. I
