During my recent stay at the Grand Beach Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with both the cleanliness and the exemplary service. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority. The lobby area, as well as the corridors and elevators leading to the rooms, were spotless at all times. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly commendable. Even the public restrooms and communal areas were consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms at the Grand Beach Hotel were exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned, beds made perfectly, and fresh towels provided. The linens were crisp, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming and hygienic. Carlos, who works in the lobby, deserves special mention for his outstanding service. He greeted guests with a warm smile and was always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply ensuring guests felt welcomed, Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My experience at the Grand Beach Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend Grand Beach Hotel for its commitment to cleanliness, excellent service, and overall comfort.

It was a really nice hotel in a great location; however, check in took exceptionally long and the staff was not very polite or helpful. Also, the room had not been fully cleaned. I give three stars because the valet attendant was wonderful and the overall hotel was nice.

We are nearby residence that come here mainly for breakfast on the weekend. It is our first time that we have come here to have drinks and some appetizers at the bar.|Sindy (our bar tender )Is an amazing and an excellent bartender. She has a beautiful personality very attend to our taste. Very detail oriented.|This is our first time coming here at night and definitely will not be the last.

Great service and staff. We stayed here in the summer and the staff was out in the heat making sure every guest was attended to. The bar was great as well. The guest rooms are well maintained. Would highly recommend for any couples or families looking to get away and stay on the stunning ocean front.

Gorgeous location, stunning views and great service by our bartender Mo! She was bubbly, knowledgeable and makes a great Old Fashioned! The hotel provides a variety of food options as well so we didn't have to go far. There is also a gorgeous rooftop with the most amazing views!

I recently stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel for the second time this summer, and once again, it was an amazing experience. Carlos, one of the bartenders, remembered me right away and even remembered my favorite drink. It’s such a small detail, but it really made me feel welcome and special. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right off the beach. You can easily walk around and explore the area, which is super convenient. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the Grand Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the beach.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times. I arrived with my girlfriend at 21:30 after a very long trip and had to carry +4 pieces of luggage ourselves. Once we got to the room, we were welcomed with dirty floors, tables, chairs and refrigerator blocking the access to the bed, the sink and lavatory didn’t flush, shower didn’t work properly either. Went to complain the following morning. The girl at the reception didn’t even look at me when talking to me. She told the manager was coming to speak with me and never showed up. Only thing I got was a $120 refund. If you are planning on staying at this hotel, be prepared to pay +$600 a night and get a service of a 2 star hotel. A complete rip off. Never staying here again. positives: location (plenty of hotels nearby), valet service ($50 dollars per night), beach service (very kind people)

Absolutely gorgeous property with stunning views just steps from the ocean! The rooftop is breath taking. They have great bars with even better bartenders. Mo(our bartender) was so fun and made me an amazing Old Fashioned. She was very helpful/ knowledgeable about the area as well as recommendations.
