I’m super impressed with the level of service at the Grand Beach Hotel. Really stellar accommodation, and I say this as a frequent business traveler. Been around the world and have seen the hospitality of many hotels, but this one has gone above and beyond. But, I have to specifically mention Marco who manages the front desk. This gentleman is what we call the consummate professional. Ever present, always smiling, and most importantly, knows how to provide immaculate personalized service. I had many flight delays due to the wild weather, and he was extremely understanding and got my room lightning fast. Offered to help with all my luggage since it was late, and knew about my 12 hour flight. Made sure that the room was exactly what I wanted and needed. He really gets needs of the luxury sector, which frankly seems lacking everywhere else. This now my permanent base of operations when in Miami. My whole team has it pinned on their Maps! Again, thanks Marco and the Grand Beach Hotel - Ian St. Cloud

We really enjoyed this hotel and the amazing staff greatly enhanced our stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to our requests and needs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Rosario, Marco, and Victor. They went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. Also the valet men in front of the hotel were great as well didn’t get their names! The hotel is very clean and well kept. Every room has two bathrooms and a balcony which was very convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

Our recent trip to Grand Beach Bay Harbor was a trip to remember. We booked our trip for a 1 week stay; due to hurricanes we ended up staying for 2 weeks. |It was a delightful stay. Our Suite with a spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms |Was very comfortable. The beds were| extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the rooms. There was a kitchenette with large size fridge and a spacious living room with sofa.|The hotel is kept very clean.|The marble decorated lobby was oversized and very relaxing. It was quiet at all times. |You have enough space and amenities to work there if needed.|A delicious large variety hot and cold breakfast was served daily.|The front desk staff was extremely gracious at all times.|Customer service and satisfaction is their main goal. |Bryan and Marcos are extremely hospitable. |They are a great asset to the hotel as is Rosaria.|I Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. |Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.|Judy & Israel

We were in town with my daughter who was having surgery that required us to stay close by to the doctor for a full week. We had a reservation elsewhere, but stopped in to GBH (while she was in surgery) and spoke with Brian at the front desk. ||We explained our situation and he bent over backwards to accommodate us and our needs. He set us up in a beautiful room overlooking the water and, for the entirety of our stay did everything possible to help us out. ||Because we had to eat all our meals (with the exception of the great free breakfast buffet) we asked for a larger fridge. Not only did they bring us one within the hour, they told us to keep them both. This was a huge help. ||Brian knew us by name and asked how our daughter was doing every time we saw him. ||We couldn’t really have maid service for a few days post op, but the moment we felt we could be out of the way enough we called Brian and he sent someone up immediately. The woman who came was quick, lovely, and respectful of our recovering daughter. ||Our week long stay was excellent. We were well taken care of and equally well respected. ||Should we be in the area again, we would stay not only without hesitation, but also with great pleasure.

I wrote a formal lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service, aggressive behavior, and treatment I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel from 7/17/24 to 7/24/24. Firstly, I was extremely disappointed with the overall service provided and mold. The room was not cleaned properly due to mold around the vents, a serious health concern and a violation of the Florida Department of Health which is extremely dangerous to breathe or to sleep in an environment in dangerous circumstances and conditions. The amenities were insufficient, and basic requests for delivery assistance were either ignored or met with undue aggression. This level of service falls significantly short of the standards expected from a reputed establishment like yourself and shows the reputation of the employment and staff. More disturbingly, I experienced aggressive and biased behavior from the guest services member of your Front Desk staff. On multiple occasions, I have received several Amazon deliveries, I observed the staff members being dismissive to the Dr. staff to effectively support myself as a guest and patient. The most recent engagement led to hostility towards me while inquiring about the latest delivery. This aggressive demeanor was unprofessional and made me feel targeted and unwelcome. Additionally, there was a notable lack of effective communication, emotional intelligence, and empathy towards someone with recent surgeries. When I tried to address my concerns with the staff, they were either unresponsive or gave vague and unhelpful responses. The guest services representative, in particular, was extremely aggressive towards me, hung up the phone in my face, and failed to provide the assistance I needed as a patient of Dr. Instead, highlighted additional charges for delivery services, which added to my frustration. The founding website guidelines doesn't include additional charges for deliveries as a guest and from my understanding patient's has the ability to have deliveries. This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of hospitality and equality. I felt discriminated against, and this ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant stay during my healing from a recent surgery. I trust that your establishment does not condone such actions and will take appropriate measures to address these serious issues. I request a full investigation into these incidents and expect a written response detailing the steps that will be taken to ensure such behavior does not occur in the future. I wasn’t trying to complain but with the expenses of the room isn’t equivalent to the expectation. The room appeared to have been built poorly or missing the maintenance because there was missing material parts or chips throughout the room and the iron didn’t work or the television would randomly stop working. They didn’t try to make accommodations and I didn’t speak with anyone until the day I was checking out. The lackluster service and response was a concern, especially since there were no immediate follow through to mediate or resolve the disputes. The hotel is beautiful. The staff always have a huge smile on their face. Amazing service|Amazing employees !! The pool area is wonderful, has a bunch of beds to lay down on! One hot pool and one cold pool!|Suites and room are beautiful and very comfortable definitely will be back.

Every was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check in for us as well. Room was very clean, well stocked, view was great, comfortable beds and loves the robes. I think they should upgrade their soap because everything smelled unscented but that didn’t really matter to me. Very good for the price!

First of all, don't expect the rooms to be as clean and nice as you can see in the pics. The floor was too dirty and it was obvious that it has not be mopped for a long time. This isn't good for anyone who has babies crawling around. Second, The breakfast was tasteless and the menu was the same everyday. Chopped melons and watermelon were not fresh, and the scrambled eggs and potatoes were tasteless and had bad quality. Third, please don't think you're going to pay less compared to other hotels in the area for the same quality. You are actually paying the same as other hotels after resort and parking fees ($ 100 daily). In this our very first trip to Miami, I learned to not be deceived by the prices up on the websites and simply go with other options to stay. The only good point of this hotel were the pools and the front office. We had problems with TV not working in our room and the front office crew were helpful and fast in helping us. This does not make the big issues of this hotel solved, though.
