Granada Inn - Motel in West Sacramento - 4751 W Capitol Ave, USA

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Granada hotel that exceeded all expectations. The lavish accommodations featured spacious rooms adorned with elegant furnishings, plush bedding, and panoramic views. The spa offered a sanctuary of relaxation with rejuvenating treatments, while the gourmet dining options showcased culinary excellence. The attentive staff provided impeccable service, ensuring every need was met. This luxurious experience truly set a new standard for indulgence and sophistication.

I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go to this place. There was cockroachs, bed bugs, people that worked there in 2018 was rude, hookers going in and out of some motels, other rooms have drug dealers, and a lot of people buying drugs in plan view sight. This place needs to be shut down there has nothing changed about this place. Also if your homeless and staying here they don't give you your mail fyi.

Infested with ROACHES. I am homeless & was put there by one of the West Sacramento homeless programs staff members. I couldn't sleep cause the roaches were in the bed & I spent my own money on Raid, boric acid powder and the maintenance guy even sprayed but there was still so many and falling off the ceiling onto me & many hours after being sprayed by maintenance man. The owner/manager named Rose came to my room #139 & asked me if I had a problem with my room? & I cried yes that there are roaches everywhere and showed her the things I bought to try to get rid of them & & she got angry & told me to check out right now. So I left. I'm back to being in my car & I'm not an ungrateful woman but its really hard to be grateful for something that is terrifying, dirty, unsafe & is housed by people who are homeless & at the mercy of the homeless programs director & staff to get them off the streets & even if that means sleeping with Roaches & other critters too. After all a free room is a free room? Should be grateful for the roach motel cause at least it's better than being on the streets? That's terrible & the only ignorant person that would say that is someone who has never endured it..

We have lived here for over 2 years out of necessity not choice! We are disabled and use walkers. Yet were placed upstairs. Now the website claimes they are disabled accessable. Im here to tell you they dont have a single room thats ada compliant. Mobility devices dont fit threw bathroom door no safety bars in bathtub. Which under the law is illegal. Cockroach and bedbug infested not to mention rodants. The manager evicts people alot no refund. She discovered she cant push us around though we know our rights and the right agencies are now involved should she get stupid. Laundry only done once a week. 6 rolls of tp a month pay 75 cents a roll after that. Never given a single bar of soap the entire time weve been here. Flat crusty pillows. Uncleaned when we moved in. Charged pet deposit for companion animal not legal. We were Charged $25 a month to use "our own microwave" on top of the monthly rent so we got rid of our microwave. The only thing in the room was a bed and an entertainment center with a broken remoteless tv. Had to furnish the room ourselves. And for this we pay $800 a month. Oh and the manager walks in the room whenever she feels like it day or night. Listens in on phone calls which by the way cost you $5 gets you 10 listened in on calls. Oh and god forbid you open your door to get air in your stuffy room, she will yell at you like you are a child to close your door. And that people is how you are treated for your $800 a month rent at this here fine establishment. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere or sleep outside this isnt worth it!!!!!!!

Disgusting. Drug addicts knocking on our door. HUNDREDS of cockroaches, clogged toilet, exposed outlets, no fire alarms, As a commuting family we have stayed in a lot of hotels and this, by far, has been the worst of them all. They would not refund our money or move us to a more suitable room with our two young children. I hope the health department shuts them down after I send them these photos.

Disgusting Hotel... Every room has roaches and do not provided cleaning services. There are monthly guests that stay there that clearly do drugs and management clearly knows about it and allows them to use drugs on site including by the pool area. If you have kids, stay away!!!! I warn you!!! Please be safe.

Dirty Grey towels ( they are supposed to be white ) Dirty carpet, cookaraches coming out from the sink at night, dirty sheets, Black long hair founded on em. Bad plumbing on bathroom. No remote control for updated tv...$ 55.00 (not worth)

My time there was alright besides the fact of the management one specifficly the old life hating rude b***h that runs the place making people leave and just plane being rude trying to make people as Miserable as she is in her own life. one to watch out for, one could administrate authority with out being so rude and unprofessional I would rather find another place to stay where if I was caught doing wrong, I would be asked nicely to leave.
