Granada Inn - Hotel in Granada Hills - 15543 Rinaldi St, USA

First off… we’re in Granada Hills, so urban patina aside, the rooms were newly updated, the AC worked great and the host was great. I see parking could be an issue, but in my case it wasn’t a problem. Also, they had some helpful security measures in place. Although the location has its downside, it’s also very close to Providence Holy Cross and this was super convenient for me. Definitely recommend this place who needs a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Im a regular at this hotel and i never had a problem with staff member like today. I am getting up and. Booked another night for today online. My partner and I go to the office to pay for an extra night and idiot front office member said to us that we cant pay till after 3pm. Today. The lady staff and the other gentlemen that have help me before they have NEVER said that to me before they always accepted my payment. So I have to pack my stuff and return back at 3pm. To check in. How ridiculous this sound. I need to speak to someone higher then this person they have in front office. Today. I am not living when I booked my room already and he doesnt want to accept my payment when I come here all the time. Im not moving because gas is not cheap to be driving around till 3pm. This idiot is out of his mind.

Room 105 infested with bedbugs. Avoid this room if you can. We tried to report this issue to the front desk and he so rude and not helpful at all. We didn’t sleep all night as bedbugs kept biting us . My little kids kept waking up throughout the night. Horrible experience. We had to trash all our clothes to avoid transporting bedbugs home. The room was also dirty & dusty with some horrible smell, we had to keep the window & door open. There’s also too much freeway noise

Very unprofessional, when I checked in front desk tried to charge me $150 for deposit. Then he made an unauthorized charge on my card without my consent. Spoke with the manager and she refused to refund my money and lied about the whole situation

This Inn was located close to everything we were needing...great coffee & the beach! Roots House Coffee down the road is amazing & Santa Monica Pier is about 30 minutes away. Rooms were clean & check in/check out was quick & easy. The price was extremely reasonable for the stay. The only thing we found odd was that we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door but upon our return, we found that our room had been serviced whovh wasnt necessary. The wind was blowing though & may have knocked the sign down. We do look forward to staying here again!

My experience there is always nice and pleasant quite always very clean and always very professional and polite people at the front desk. You feel like your in a upscale place for a good price that's not going to break your bank

Boogers or blood on the ceiling, can't tell. Cant smoke in my own car cause I might smell when I get to my room. So I guess shower before you get there? 3 days to get a refund for deposit and the extra night I refused to stay. Hotel staff walked in on us within the first 20 minutes of being here. Probably won't see my deposit and will definitely have to call my bank to get it back even though they made me spray my own room because I might smell like smoke. Found a roach while writting this review. Started looking around found a smashed bug someone else must of found that they forgot to clean. I definitely wont be sleeping tonight. HORRIBLE place please don't stay.

We loved the Granada Inn being close to family in the area. The rooms are comfortable and have a fridge and microwave plus coffee, updated baths and such lovely folks running it. We really loved how friendly it was, easy to stay and great location. 100% will return for our next stay. Book on their own website for sure.
