These apartments are horrible since they were taken over. We went 7 days without hot water, our water would randomly get shut off without notice, our electricity would shut off and when we told the office they did nothing about it for a month! The washers and dryers are out of order all the time so doing laundry is a hassle. We requested our air filters to be changed for 3 months and again the office did nothing so we went and bought new ones ourselves. We also requested new blind several times since they were supposed to be changed when THEY put new windows and that NEVER happened. THEY charge you for everything including the dumpsters you’re supposed to put your trash in. Overall they simply just do not care for their tenants and are just money hungry, rude people!

Me and my husband left just a few months ago and if I can say anything it’s that this place is absolutely horrible!! The management doesn’t care about their tenants at all, we filled multiple maintenance requests for our plumbing, our roof in our infant sons room was leaking, and for the roach problem, not once would they respond to us! The roach problem in general are unimaginable, the pest control is completely useless and the management then wants to blame you for the problem! All they cared about was building a putt putt course that nobody uses, and a “dog park”when you would think they would put something for the children to play on! Their priorities are elsewhere when it should be on their tenant's needs! I would recommend going elsewhere when looking to rent an apartment!

Just moved into one of the studio apartments yesterday and i already love it here. The staff is very helpful and kind. The neighbors that i have met are very friendly and welcoming.

The people who manage this place are really helpful and kind. The application process was easy and any issues were resolved quickly. This is the studio and it's cozy!

I love the environment in this complex everyone I've met is friendly, I just renewed my lease for a second year.. apartments have changed ownership and there's a new staff, they are doing great things around here. The only negative I have is parking I work nights and make it home late and have to search for somewhere to park sometimes having to park around back. I have had an issue since the takeover...I had a problem with my kitchen sink and it took 4 phone calls to get it corrected with dishes I couldn't wash (and no I couldn't use the dishwasher either)...dishes unwashed for 3 days...but it is quiet and neighbors are friendly... update to my review::: as I stated in my earlier review parking sucks over here I get off work at 4am leave back out by 6am, well this morning I go out and my car has been towed....it's not fair to me that I have to ride all the way to the back to park because the people In the complex across the street takes up all the parking I'm considering buying out of my lease because I'm not walking these apartments at 4 in the morning so while they're hiring towcompanies hire security to ride the complex...$318 to get my car back just sucks

The management team was patient and professional when signing the lease to the apartment. The amenities are okay for now and the apartment is clean for the most part and spacious. They’re upgrading other apartments and even have future plans to make the apartments even better. It’s been a little rocky with the transition of ownership but here and there things are getting a little more clean and functional. Updated March 2023

These apartments were actually decent before BH took over. The Office cared about their tenants, would actually answer the phone, call you to check up on work orders, they were DELIGHTFUL. Since then, there has been an extreme lack of care for current tenants. We just signed a year lease in April and wish we had the time to have found a place elsewhere because this is just ridiculous. Almost $1K a month for the treatment we're getting is gross. They did outdoor renovations months ago to the grassy area which I figured would've been something for children, but instead they literally put a fence up and it's a "doggy park" now. They filled in the second pool and put a putt-putt area with 2-3 holes in it. Multiple work orders have been left unresolved because they are too concerned with the cosmetic appeal for NEW tenants. Flooding happened in the master bedroom, damaging my BRAND NEW nightstand. My husband had TWO tires go flat because the construction company replacing the windows left nails all throughout the complex - along with multiple other tenants. At first were told to bring receipt to have replacement tire paid for only to be offered a $25 coupon for Discount Tire to which we argued and were able to get it taken care of. We are forced to pay $25 for a valet trash service that doesn't even pick up the trash like they're supposed to (mind you, there are 4 dumpsters on my way out of the complex I'd be more than HAPPY to dump my trash off at to save the $25/month for awful service). Windows are supposed to have been replaced on all units, so we were advised to move things away from the area to allow workers to come do the work - it's been at least 2 weeks and our windows were never touched. Now our disposal is broken and leaking. Best advice I could give to anyone is STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYWHERE BH IS IN CONTROL OF! This is the most horrible management we've ever encountered.
