Friends recommended we go here when they heard we were visiting Marion market nearby. Otherwise I'm sure we would have overlooked it. So glad our friends told us about it. The photos on here don't do it justice. It was a lovely place and great food. Coffee was served even before you barely sit down, and food served promptly and nice and hot. We had breakfast items (at lunch time) and it was all delicious and presented nicely. We will go again.
The staff was very welcoming and knew the menu. My questions about substitutions were handled politely and my waitress was sure to make sure I k ew about any up charges for substitutions. The menu although not very big had the classics for breakfast and lunch and a couple of not often seen items such as scrapple and fried green tomatoes. The atmosphere is very classic Americana but not in the box restaurant like a Chillis or Ruby Tuesdays would, this had a more personal touch. Great for any age friendly staff attentive service and menu carries something for everyone. I recommend checking this place out if you prefer to go off the beaten path or if you just want a family experience over a bit box chain restaurant.
It's a pretty typical diner that appears to cater to the 55+ community. The food was decent but nothing to cry home about. You might have better options in the nearby area.
Super cute diner in a strip mall. The servers are super sweet and it's good home cooking. Portions are good and the food is delicious!! The pecan pancakes are yummy! Definitely come in here every time we're in the area. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!!!
Great place! They have Pictures of Veterans scattering the walls which is awesome!❤️ Great food for the price:), very friendly staff! We’ll be coming back!
Not a destination place for sure. If you’re driving by and starving, it’s food. My “over easy eggs” were undercooked. All four halves of toast had a drop of butter on them. And the home fries were just okay. This was our second and last time in. I guess older people have forgotten what good food tastes like.
BLT very well put together, bacon crispy, just the right amount of mayo. Sweet potato fries are perfect, loaded potato soup goodness. Fabulous service. I'll be back.
I had probably the best tasting pancake I've ever had, and there's scrapple AND porkroll on the menu! I think the scrapple could have been crispier, and at over 5 dollars a serving, thicker. The homefries seemed waterlogged and had no flavor, but the hashbrowns were good. It seems like a very popular local diner.
We went after church, and though it was packed when we got there, the wait was just a few minutes.

It was wonderful and everyone ate great food and danced to a fabulous singer and her music. Love it.
So happy that is back open, great spot to have lunch and a few drinks during the afternoon on a beautiful day. Food has always been delicious and several choices. Reasonably priced.
We had a wonderful time! The portions are huge, so bring your appetite. The waitress was sweet and never missed a beat! Our cook was fun and made us feel very welcome!great cook also. The price was great! We would recommend for sure!
