I’ve been living at Graham for about 10 months now and I really love the community and the staff that works here. Specifically Cody who has done maintenance on my unit a few times. He always provides excellent service and ensures that if anything else is needed he will provide assistance. He also is always smiling and waving when my daughter and I pass him in the parking garage or anywhere else in the building. This really makes living here at Graham such a great community as well as how clean the property is maintained. Highly recommend living here at Graham!

I had the pleasure of having Cody as my technician, and I couldn't be more impressed. He promptly addressed and skillfully fixed the issue with my bathroom closet door. Cody's expertise and professionalism exceeded my expectations. His friendly demeanor and efficient service are truly commendable. The property consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Special praise goes to Lily in the office staff and Cody in maintenance for their excellence, exceptional dedication, and consistently going above and beyond. Cody is always willing to go the extra mile to help tenants whether it be on or off work hours and he always ensures they’re happy with their service before leaving. He is very professional and great at his job, he is also very personable which makes it easy to communicate with him.

It’s been a great pleasure to have a very good service team that stops by and takes care of all maintenance-related issues. I really appreciate the time and work of Hector for stopping by, especially on a Sunday. He came by and handled everything by himself, resolving the issue and making it work. It was such a big relief. Cody has always been great, and I appreciate his work as well. He puts in extra effort to help with other issues when asked and communicates about them effectively. The leasing associate, especially Lily, has been great. She responds promptly, listens to issues, and does whatever she can to assist on their end.

Cody is unbelievable professional. My engagement with him for about a year so is nothing but spectacular. He listens to your issues intently and delivers the task on time. He is also very polite and gets the job all the time!! Another superb job by Cody as I needed some help before the holidays. He is simply consistent and amazing.

The stay has been good and the staff even better. A definite shoutout to Cody, Hector, and Lily for all the assistance they have provided throughout the year. They’re extremely friendly, prompt and always keen to help. From the first day where we needed an electric screwdriver to assemble some furniture all the way to appliance repairs. It has been an easy ride.

Been staying at this place for almost 2 years and the support team specially Cody has been amazing. He is always willing to help and the way he communicates and follows up on any issues is truly amazing and professional. He is setting a high bar for everyone else that’s in the service team.
