I love this cute retro boutique style hotel! They let you rent out bikes for free here, the area is awesome! There’s so much to do, hiking is easily accessible, the food options are amazing! Nick is the best! So accommodating! I absolutely love laying over at this hotel! My only wish is for better comforters for the beds ☺️

The manager was extremely rude to me the paying customer as I complained to her about the broken heater in the room and that there were no additional blankets to keep warm. She offered no apology and basically shamed me saying that it was my fault. I would never recommend staying in this place.

My experience with staying at the Graduate was very poor. The rooms wall heating system was broken and they only offered a sheet and a thin blanket for warmth. After asking the manager for help she was extremely rude and offered no apology. Super unprofessional experience. Don’t stay here. Also you’ll be told one price for booking and then way overcharged that amount in the end.

This place is a $175 a night dump. Carpet was dirty, bathroom grout hasn’t been clean since 1978, room smelled bad, furniture was in disrepair, WiFi didn’t work, colleague had no hot water for shower. Only bright spot was good bed and clean towels. Stay somewhere else!

We loved our stay & will definitely return. We had a terrific time admiring the decor. The worst thing I can say (and this is petty) about our stay was that I had no idea that such poor-quality toilet paper exists. I work for a public school in AZ & I thought our TP was awful, but somehow The Graduate surpassed this level of awfulness. ||Otherwise, we were thrilled to find The Graduate! We will definitely return.

Great location when visiting ASU. Hotel concept is cool although hotel is ready for a refresh. Dining Hall concept is good for quick service, the morning staff was especially welcoming and helpful. Shuttle service was stupendous, Bill Michel (shuttle driver) was the stand-out of all the service delivered.

I really wanted to completely love this hotel. The vibes, location, cleanliness, and decor are wonderful. The staff is kind and helpful, and the restaurant has convenient hours and good food. However, there are a few things that kind of go wrong when staying maybe more than a day or two. The WiFi is AWFUL -- probably the worst hotel WiFi I have ever tried to use in my life. The worst part is the hot water. Apparently they have a system that cannot handle the volume of guests, because at times when the hotel is close to capacity there is no hot water. This is a huge problem for a hotel in my opinion -- I have never heard of a hotel running out of hot water regularly just because it is full.

Loved the cozy vibes of the rooms, the local touches, the option to borrow super cute bikes, the hottub, and mostly the location close to the town. But a couple things really missed during my partner and I’s four day stay. First of all we didn’t get house keeping to our room once. During day 3 at 1 pm requested our room/bedding/towels to be refreshed. That never ended up happening even though we went down to the front desk FOUR times. Don’t get me wrong the girls were super nice at the desk but wth. We paid over $130 for each night I wished that having our room refreshed was included in that price. Also the other thing that sent me off for this being a “4 star hotel “ was the food. It was seriously awful. I got a plate with eggs potatoes and bacon. It came out icy cold. Then I asked for a breakfast burrito and that too was so cold it was non edible. The girl asked if I liked my food and I said no then she proceeded to quietly walk away. I wouldn’t get food here again even if someone paid me. The vibes were cute but quite a few things not perfected. More like a 3 star hotel ..
