I rent here at the Grab suits and I would like to start off by saying how great Dorita is. My first day she exchanged cell phone numbers with me and was so quick to respond to any small issue I had! The conference room is a great place for us to bring our team and meet once a month. The building is quite but filled with lovely people and Dorita’s is always floating around making sure all is well!

Incredibly unprofessional - office space was damaged for months before repaired. Had a month to month arrangement, yet had the audacity to say that two months notice was required and subsequent unlawful hold of deposit/security. This will be brought to small claims court. Cannot say how disappointing this experience was. Almost forgot to mention they tried to add sales tax to the monthly lease amount - even after bringing to attention of office manager that new york state law prohibits such.
