Thank you Governor’s for a great experience!
Had a good meal at Governor's Restaurant. Good, friendly service and fresh, tasty food. I had the Reuben sandwich with Onion rings and my wife had fried scallops with french fries. Their desserts look amazing but we were too full to try them. Maybe next time.
Excellent food and service. Turkey and dressing was perfect. Haddock chowder and haddock sandwich were some of the best anywhere. Dessert - a huge slice of chocolate cream pie - was crazy good.
The food was horribly disappointing. I ordered the "pot roast", but it was closer to corned beef. It was extremely over-salted. It was also cold in places. The gravy on the mashed potatos tasted like it was from a mix. The best part of my meal was the dinner roll.
Great great place for Breakfast! They were fast and on it. The mimosa was the cherry on the top. The pancakes were warm, taste and out in no time! The waiter was checking on us every 5 minutes, so I liked that 👍
A large group of men from our church gathered this morning to enjoy breakfast together. our server was cheerful and took great care of all of us. even with a large group, the food came out hot, and the coffee cups stayed filled
Lobster roll was full of sweet lobster but a bit too much bread. The bread was good just a bit much. The cole slaw was chilled and sweet. Delicious. The lemon blueberry cake was a massive portion and very good.
Very relaxed atmosphere perfect for a morning breakfast or afternoon lunch. Friendly staff very quick to help. Drinks were quick to be served once ordered. Their roll are amazing. Food was absolutely delicious and served in a very reasonable amount of time after ordering. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Great place to play basketball, they just redid the court. Hopefully it can stay nice this time and no kids destroy the rubber tiles. Best place in the bangor area to play, as well as a variety of park feature in the playground!
